  1. @@missis sumner, would you mind sending it to me as well? I'll copy it to my dropbox and post it in my instructions thread. Thanks.
  2. @@Settinsteel, all of the instructions you need are here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  3. @@Ben_TS It can sometimes take up to 20 minutes for the Toolkit to open the very first time. Also, have you verified the mono installed through Terminal? The steps for that are in my instructions.
  4. As stated in that other thread, the answer is no unfortunately.
  5. @@jokester01au That's a well known problem. Unfortunately the remastered update also seems to have made bad cdlc an even bigger issue.
  6. @@amellice, Did you let the game finish enumerating the song list before entering Learn A Song? I can confirm, both songs show up in my game and work fine. You've put them in your dlc folder as well, right? Not in some other folder? I'm just trying to think of anything that might be causing them not to show up.
  7. @@amellice, Yeah, that's about it. And you actually purchased Cherub Rock? You can't use a pirated version. I know you said you purchased it, I just want to confirm. Also, make sure the customs you're trying to use are Mac versions ("_m.psarc").
  8. @@amellice, if you can't see them in the game, you either don't have Cherub Rock in your dlc folder (make sure it's the "_m.psarc" version), or you didn't run the patch successfully.
  9. If you haven't disabled the option, Safari might unzip it automatically when you download it. If that's the case, make sure you have read/write permissions for all three files. You can find detailed instructions on how to check that here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/ Then just double click on "RUN_PATCH_RS.command" and that will open the Terminal app and run the patch. Also, you don't need to move the file anywhere. It's fine to run it from your Downloads folder.
  10. @@Ben_TS, don't use the "Open With" feature of Google Drive. Just click the download button in the top right (it's the icon with the downwards facing arrow and the line under it:
  11. @@Dobermann315, all you need to do is run the patcher. It will find your Rocksmith app file and patch it for you.
  12. @@clarkem3, you can find all of the instructions here: http://customsforge.com/topic/33889-how-to-add-custom-songs-on-mac/
  13. @@Ben_TS, once you've installed The UnArchiver you can right-click on the zip file and choose "Open With", and it should show up on the pop-up menu there. If it doesn't, choose "Other..." and select it from the list of Apps.
  14. @@Dobermann315, what did you use to extract the zip file? Another user was having a similar problem and it was caused by using an online service to extract the zip file. Make sure you're using a native app like The UnArchiver, which is free in the Mac App Store.
  15. @@elbowdonkey, check out the CFSM (Windows only). I know it can detect corrupt customs. Not sure if it will detect conflicts.
  16. Sounds like you've got a bad custom and/or conflicting songs. Broken album art is usually the tip-off that you've got songs conflicting with each other. My recommendation is to start by removing all of your customs and adding them back in small batches (5-10) until you find out which one(s) is causing the problem.
  17. I didn't create the patch. You should forward the information on to those who did. @@firekorn would be a good person to contact about it.
  18. @, I'm glad you got it working :) Yeah, those online extractors are very unreliable. You should always try and stick with native Mac apps for everything. Also, I noticed in one of your earlier screenshots that you have 2 copies of "Flashplayer.dmg". You should delete those, and never run them if they get automatically downloaded. It's just a bunch of crap. You should also make sure that you turn off the option to automatically run downloaded files. You can do that by opening Safari, and then under "Safari" in the menu bar at the top of the screen click on "Preferences". On the "General" tab, at the very bottom uncheck "Open safe files after downloading". That will stop anything you download from automatically running after it's finished downloading.
  19. Are you downloading the patch from the Google Drive link posted in my instructions? Also, why are you using an online service to extract the zip file? MacOS should unzip it for you by just double-clicking on it. If it won't, go to the Mac App Store and download "The Unarchiver" from there. https://itunes.apple.com/ca/app/the-unarchiver/id425424353?mt=12
  20. And you've made sure that you don't have multiple copies of the same file? Make sure you only have the one, and that the Read/Write privileges are properly set. Then reboot your Mac and try running it again.
  21. @, is your user account an Administrator account? It seems like you don't have "execute" privileges on your account.
