okay ill try adding that silence to the end I havent tried that yet. I have seek values set the same as all my other customs I checked that when I redid it to make sure I didnt mess up anything there.  Its too late to try that now though I will try tomorrow or another day.

Do you mean in EOF add 3 seconds of silence or do you mean with a audio program like audacity?  I only know how to add 3 seconds to the start in eof.

I tried just now adding a phrase after that point and it still does it on the arrangements here is a quick ending vid to show what i mean

At this point of the song "Shut my mouth  and strike the demons" the background vocals  turns  off till the end. Maybe is something related to the mp3.

Edit: Tested now.Music and vocals are cutted off near end..

There are many songs that fade before end little akward, but as you said this is unic.

 

There are other minor issues listed

Reason i have kept those other minors "like % not seen on big screen" in list is that i hoped someone could invent  general fix for them that could help charters with same issue, to make more prefect customs.

 

This one differs, no general fix possible, fix is most likely to just implant new mp3.

 

Anyway issues like this and presented are not really big problem, song works reasonable well and they are still fun to play. No need to remove them from dlc folder, or i think so...

 

So do i have to make more crazy rules. :D

 

Any ideas where i should draw the line?

1. Want to see all not perfectly done songs in list

2. Only major issues that ruin play/gaming pleasure some major way, and some minor , often occurring, issues that are waiting for general  fix.

 

I have chosen 2 option, hided that rule inside my crazy head, but this mad man's dictature can be discussed, just to make some pointless discussion, not really to change anything. Sorry was in night job :blink:

 

So really, what do you  want, from list? Ideas to make it more useful or/and reasonable.

 

For me... i keep all songs inside dlc folder that are not listed, and some minor issues listed.

So to me its something like non approved list/ need to be fixed list

But approving songs is fully personal...

 

For this one i would say approved, no listing, but if the case is that you (most of you) want in general see more minor issues in list can do it, but i have already passed those (different minors) quite many so its up to you report them. Will test and list those too, if that's what you (most of you) want. So just vote 1 or 2 or something else.

Also if somebody is intrested i can do easily (separate) list of easy ones, that are quite easy to play. Even if they are most done pefectly I have removed them because they can't offer me much for help play better. And thats my Aim, not just having fun, but cry lot of tiers of poorness. So if someone wants to rule the world and feel like he/she can play vote for easy one's.

 

I have a song I made that in eof and listening to the mp3 everything is fine but in game the last 3 seconds is cut off and it goes to the score screen it sounds similar to what the unique error you guys are talking about.  I actually deleted the whole thing and made it from scratch and the exact same thing happened again.  Its only happened on that one song I did.  Did you guys ever figure what causes that?  I made a help topic about it before but nobody ever figured it out.

Good idea not mixing those we don't need you ending like some of those rock stars.

Does ubisoft somehow track cdlc with score attack?  You can see other peoples scores on customs so something must be transmitted somewhere not that I am worried just curious.

You rock for making this site and actually keeping it running smooth you better have had a happy birthday or karmas being lazy.

The 5 star system gets abused too I remember at the old site people thought it would be fun to just run through a ton of songs marking 1 star just to mess with people.

I tried to go back and play a custom on rocksmith 2012 after playing 2014 and the load time from boot up to actually playing a song is horrible I would never go back to that I was so frustrated I just charted the song for 2014 since it had never been upgraded.  The arcade on 2014 is slow and could be improved but after the novelty wore off I havent even touched that in months maybe even a year.  Play 2014 awhile and then go back and you will quickly notice the improvements that you don't notice right away.

Yeah I should probably zip through it again now that I know what I am doing (for the most part) since the first time I looked at it alot of it was gibberish to my brain.

Anyone have tones already that match any of the parts in this song I am almost done charting.  Theres 4 different tone sounds and then a tight bass.  Sounds like phazer pedals will be needed and I will tinker but if anyone already has ones that match it would be sweet. This song looks pretty easy but sounds pretty awesome this was charted with a capo on the first fret so i plan a version with and without the capo the notes may be different once its adjusted for that.  

After all these customs  I just now learn when adding in notes manually I dont have to type in each notes fret number I can just ctrl scroll up.   :wacko: better late than never I guess.

Thanks I was tabbing it out for a capo version and I will do your trick to increase the note value for a non capo version.

The reason i ask is the tab says put capo on first fret but then it has on the estring open notes and 1st fret notes  which doesnt make sense to me since I thought it would only affect open notes but then playing an open note and 1st fret would make the same sound woudnt it?

I have a song I want to do that the tab has a capo on the first fret but theres no chords its all single notes and id prefer to make it without a capo.  Does anyone know how many frets I increase the notes by to act like a capo is on? I would think you could play a song like that by just increasing what fret the note is played on.

Are you talking about when you first start making a song in eof if so you could try making a folder and then selecting use existing folder and choosing the one you just made instead of creating a folder through eof.  Thats how I have always done it.

5 or 6 would be great one song had 7 but only saw that once.  The songs I see this in generally only use the tone for one part and then change to a different tone each time without really reusing the tone again.  

I only see the ability to do 4 tones in a song is this a toolkit limitation or a rocksmith limitation?  I have a few songs that would be fun to do but have more than 4 tones.  I know its pretty rare so not really a big deal but it would be fun to be able to do more.

I think in the score attack easy just lets you miss more before you fail a section and medium and hard just let you miss less but give you more score points I dont think I ever saw the dd in score attack or I might be remembering wrong.

Well expect my obscure songs to drop me down that list :P

Dont worry I have had tons of questions that had simple answers that weren't obvious until someone else pointed it out including this very same issue awhile back.
