I'm doing worse every time on Even Flow and it's starting to annoy me  :angry:. Now my PRS is fretting out on bends above the 12th fret on the high E as well for some reason.

At least I've done slightly better this week on Hotel California

He did say he liked the solos so yeah.

I'd agree with most his points but give it a 6. Lyrics are silly, his voice is shot and ANOTHER loudness wars album but the guitar tracks are pretty good

Pretty tricky for Intermediate

I was thinking New Born is pretty hard for intermediate but I realise it's really just the odd chords that are the trickiest parts. Haven't played it in years.

Another 10 MC lead, oh dear

Gonna have to riff repeat that pull off run up the strings. Keep messing up the rhythm and getting lost

1st: How do you guys play a chords like this one?

I cant for the life of me bar the 3rd fret on b and e without muting something else. There is no problem getting note recognition with muted notes or even with leaving either e or b open tho. Sometimes Rocksmith is just a little to lenient.

 

 

I bar across the A and D with my second finger then first finger on the G and third and fourth on B and e. Don't get it every time but RS doesn't seem to care

​Alternatively you could play it the way I just described but just mute the D string and play the low E as they're the same note an octave apart. That doesn't help on this situation with Rocksmith but whatever  ;)

EDIT: Serves me right for not reading ahead into the thread, @ just explained the same thing

Ow my forearm. Excuse the intro, don't have 23 frets and couldn't transpose in my head at the time.

Somehow did better on MC than Adv. I got a 94% and forgot to screencap ;_;

 

 

MC Rhythm: Only real comment is that with everything turned up, this song is ridiculously loud when playing guitar. Also I can hear the bass sometimes  :P
