  1. Thanks for making this!

I've started a few more.  They're in various states of completion:

    • The Lengths - rhythm mostly done, daunted by the lead slide part
    • Work Me - started
    • Nobody But You - started
    • My Mind Is Ramblin' - started

In the future I'd like to do these ones if no one has gotten to them by then:

    • Busted
    • Funk #49
    • Hard Row

  2. Hank Williams - I'm So Lonesome I Could Cry :D :D :D :D :D

I've got the rhythm and the vocals for that done but adapting the lap steel part to guitar without losing too much is challenging!  I'm trying to keep it to standard or an open tuning.

  3. Can't wait for some more misfits!!

I just saw them on Saturday and now I'm in Misfits mode.  Skulls will be up soon, hopefully a few days.  Maybe Die, Die My Darling after that.  Depends on what I listen to in the meantime.

  4. Saw the Misfits last night at a small (300 person) venue for a benefit to build a skate park.  Openers were Regret the Hour (great), Heart of the Matter (eh) and Tournament (pretty decent).

My hearing is almost back to normal.

  5. Conceivably, you don't have to use EOF's wav file to make the wem. You should be able to rip to a 48k .wav file instead of an mp3. Use an audio editor to add the leading silence. Convert that as an .mp3 (or directly as an .ogg) to use with EOF. But instead of using EOF's resulting .wav to create the .wem, use your own - you could set it as high as you like in that case.

That's what I do.  Open the mp3 up in Audacity, add leading silence and export a .wav to bring into EOF and an .ogg to bring into Wwise.

That said, maybe it's because I play through whatever headphones I can find or the years of listening to old blues and old time recordings that sound like they were recorded to wax cylinder, but I'm no audiophile and I think this is a non-issue.  I haven't downloaded a custom yet that I thought had a bad sounding recording.

  6. Neither have I.  I'll give them a try though.  My first thought was that they were that awful boy band but now I realize their name is One Direction, so pretty much anything has to be better than that.

I'm clearly not sure there's that much bad cdlc.Maybe some are caring about quantity but i can assure that's not every one.First of you can look at the comment to make a first opinion about cdlc, when there's real problem, people talk about it!Then give feedback yourself most of the author that receive feedback take in consideration them and most of the time correct them. Trying to have an approved section was in discution but to do it correctly and efficiently would be almost impossible. And there's a list about bugged cdlc on this forum that you could use to make sure you don't dl them.Envoyé de mon ARCHOS 80G9 en utilisant Tapatalk

so.. every time that I want to try a new cdlc I need to check on a thread to see if its reported as "buggy"? but if is new, probably won't be on that list

I think reporting it as "completed" as I said would be much more efficient

Is that seriously too much to ask?  You're already getting something for nothing.
