Some rhythm too

First for the week.

It looks like the new version of Hurt fixed the note detection problem with the partial chords in the arpeggios that the old version had.  I practiced them like crazy last time just to find out that they still would not detect most of the time.  Ended up with a 92% last time. I should be able to beat that this week.

Another advanced week with Swedish metal.  I like.

Judas is always fun to play and enjoyable to listen to.

Getting better

Bass day.

Really enjoyed the chart for the bass part on ectopic, but i dislike playing bass in that low tuning.  My bass neck is so thin it get convex with the lower tension on the strings, and that causes fret buss.  Maybe its time to get another bass for lower tunings.  My wife will love this.

Also had a few tries on the Japanese weird music.  Kinda starting to like it.

Little late to the party, but here is the first of my guitar runs.

No 100s for me this week.

Might as well get the same annoying score on rhythm

Not quite 99%.  Keep screwing up some random notes.

On the first half of this song you can actually hear what song i am trying to play,  on the other half it sounds like 2 chickens fighting.

Some improvements.

I hope to get this to 99+

First scores on the guitar

My plan today was to improve on the lead Bringing on the heartbreak.  But the more times i played it the lower accuracy i got.   So i gave up and improved a little bit on other stuff.

 

However, It seems like the bass and Rhythm part of Requiem are very similar. Why is one a 4 (on guitar) and the other one a 7 (on bass) ?

Bigger neck ? Right hand technique ?

Basses have larger frets, bigger distance between strings, higher action and thicker strings.  All those things makes it harder to play fast.  

I find it a lot easier to play this on a guitar.

I'm usually not a Def leppard fan, but i enjoy both listening and playing this song.

Always love Rainbow and i enjoy Richie Blackmores style of playing.

@Anwyn The advanced and masterclass part of the song selection list is almost empty, so you have a big chance to get picked there.  

Would be good if you all helped fill them a little.

A bit late with the bass this week.  but at lest i did not miss it.

Had to get a 100% on the Swedish pride and shame.

Thought i would do better on this one after some practice.  Maybe i have some more time later.
