here is tonights little improvements and a small try on the Adv Bass....... but it was like playing with shoe laces for strings and Rocksmith recognition thought the same, just would not accept that the big red string was actually a string... anyway.

I usually say that i didn't hit most of these notes but this time I hit a lot bloody more than it says  :(

then on to Truckfighters lead.........proud of this one as there was lots of leady type one string bits in it and i'm shit at those but still managed to better my score, and confident enough to face the big red crosses in score attack tomorrow.

Here's my Sunday afternoon hangover scores, hope to get better during the week, not liking the song much but enjoy playing it if that makes any sense......  :unsure:

Not liking the floppy strings on the bass much  but not a bad score considering........ :beer:

nearly forgot to post yesterdays slight improvements....... got no chance to get any better as i had the Granddaughter last night and is still here causing as much havoc as a 10 month old can, and no sign of here leaving any time soon  :wub:

I think @@Gamut should write a tune, chart it, produce a backing track then we can all send a video in each of our performance, Bass, Rhythm and Lead 'Rocksmith CS Band', then get it mixed,produced, sent out on the inter web.

Before you know it we will have MTV around our houses to film our Cribs & pimped up rides hahaha

I have been revisiting a lot of songs as well and I cant believe the amount of progress I have made since I have been in the CS

Every song I tried I beet my PB...... even songs I had played 50 odd times. (especially bass)

This Championship must be helping, as playing even feels easier.

Well after studying the AKB48 video to get some tips I realised that there was no guitars there, this obviously took many views to realise this fact and then I started thinking,,,,,,,,,,, after settling the young ladies down in bed for the night, how long would it take to make them all a cup of tea and a bacon sandwich in the morning ?

How long would i have to wait for the shower ?

anyway another attempt on SA.........

and finally just because i thought why should @@Vodka and the beginners have all the fun, i had a go at the  Yellowcard Bass

I must admit i do like this song, and may have to try the lead if i get some time.

I hope I'm not the only one who is finding this weeks Intermediate song a little bit on the hard side, anyway i managed to get a run on the Rhythm after a little RR

and look....... no Orange bits hahahaha

i think the songs are bloody hard, well for me anyway, after intense RR on Lead -AKB I managed to get a score without the bars turning Orange,

so proud

The bass was a lot easier, a lot of note but a lot easier that the lead, and if my bass registered any notes below the 12th fret i would have got a higher score.

i even had a go at the Stone Temple song to take my mind off Maria......but my fingers were everywhere and it sounded awful but i got a score with no XXX's so here it is.

still can't do the little lead bits but got a bit better.....

then i got a small improvement on the Blondie-Maria-Rhythm, but sometimes the smallest improvement means so much and makes such a difference, so after a few restarts and a lot of swearing........ Ta Da

and just as i was thinking i was getting good at this guitar playing game i had a go at Adv lead- STP........hmmmm not so good

I've neglected the bass this week so i might get an hour or so tomorrow for a bit of improvement hopefully,

@@Rodman my second try was the 99.86% so I wasn't worried about getting the 100% but after that I got silly errors so I did have a few restarts maybe 10 or more,but none of them under 99%

I find this sort of song quite easy but struggle with the single string riffs...... Still not giving up though.... Just like the Irish hahaha

Although this screen shot is not an improvement on my Int Rhythm I would like to point out the Longest streak and slightly higher score.

the moisture running down my face tonight is not sweat it is bloody tears........... if i don't get the 100% at least i can say i tried & tried & tried...............

I never realised how hard it would be to get a 0.14% improvement on Maria until tonight, I have played and played and played until the misses saved me and sent me to have my second shower of the night as I was "sweating like a big fat pig! " then sent me to bed for my own sanity.

I have realised that either the Rocksmith CDLC Maria by Blondie only goes up to 99.86 %

Or

My strings are passed their best and require changing.

Or

The humid weather has affected the set up of my guitar(s)

Or

I am just making excuses and should try again when I calm down a bit.

Either way its night nights for Mr Piggy Zzzzzzz

slight improvement on Maria........ no way i will be able to play the STP track though ......surely not the same difficulty on bass

I tried the bass on this toon but due to light gauge strings again I struggled even though it is much easier than the Inter bass toon plus different days seem to give different results, does the weather/temperature change tuning recognition ?

Just weird that one day is ok then the next is shit, or am I just clutching at straws and looking for excuses ?

Same with Buckethead, I would be really good on the bass but note recognition is pants, plus I had to superglue one of my fingers as it split.

Hmmm I am making excuses so I'll shut up and have another go tomorrow.

struggling with bucketed, well when i say I am struggling its more like my left hand is struggling......but hope to get a score soon.
