  1. I have just a minor glitch with Blood Brothers.. I can not select the first section in Riff Repeater.. before starting the song it looks like there is no DD (only a yelllow line).. but when I go into Riff Repeater it looks like there is DD (purple blocks).. to train the first section I have to restart the song over and over and I am not shure if the game shows me all notes of this section..

  2. Since Kaijin has not appeared on the forums this week I will close this week for him and set up a poll for the songs of the next week.

And we're done for this week. Thanks to everyone who participated. Thanks to those who helped with the spreadsheet. So first of, the winners:

  3. I ordered a Gibson 339 2 years ago from an huge internet music store. After the guitar arrived I took it out of the case played a few licks and during every slide my fingers were going bump bump bump. The frets felt like a railroad track. After looking at the frets I seen they are SQUARE.

This was my first Gibson and I tought I got a lemon and should send it back. But after searching about that problem in the internet I found out that Gibson ships all guitars with square frets.

I liked the looks and the smell of the guitar very much but I could not adapt to the square frets so after a few months I sold it.

  4. Just played once through Money on Bass without Riff Repeating before. I have to say the intermediate song is much more challenging on Bass then the masterclass song. On the masterclass song I got 97% on the first run. I played Money on a real Bass (like Wolf&Raven too) and I think that on emulated I could have gotten at least 5% more, since I'm not used to the large fret spacing on the bass.

I don't believe I belong into Masterclass at Bass since I haven't played much Bass before this Championships. But due to the 3x90% or 1x98% rule everyone get's moved into masterclass after a few weeks.

  5. huh. I must be playing it WAY too straight then. I'm gonna sit down with the record (and no rocksmith) tonight to have a play with it and try and get it to swing a little more.

Rocksmith has a tolerance on the timing.. so despite the eights are charted straight you can still swing them a little .. but if your shuffling gets to laid back you will start to see "late" and "miss" a lot.. this happened to me on the rhythm track.. but maybe the timing tolerance for chords is smaller..
  6. I can't work out how to make the screenshot show in the post properly, but I'm sure someone will explain it to me

You posted the screenshot on mediafire. It seems mediafire does not allow linking directly to content. When you open this URL you get the image but embedded in a lot of mediafire javascript stuff which will not work here in the forum.

You can keep it as it is or search in the code of the mediafire page for the real image link:
