Try backing up your dlc folder,  uninstalling and reinstalling Rocksmith, and then run the patch again.

Go to your library on Steam, open Rocksmith's properties menu, enter the beta code "JustInCaseWeNeedIt," and after it installs run the latest version of RSBypass

Once you install the past version (JustInCaseWeNeedIt beta code) run the RSBypass command again.

I was able to get my CDLC working again by using the JustInCaseWeNeed it beta and then using the newest RSBypass again (https://github.com/aik002/RSBypass). But I'm running Catalina, not sure about newer OSXs.
