Toolkit won't load up

The wineskin toolkit isn't working for me. It says it "failed to activate core devices". -
I'm trying to open the Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit, but it won't open. I'm on Mac and I think it might have something to do with MONO. I downloaded like three versions of it.
