Any way to edit CDLC files?

sharris469 posted a question in Rocksmith Remastered

I've noticed with most of the Machine Head CDLC, that it's tuned to A440, when it's 40 to 50 cents sharp, so let's say around A450. Any way that I can adjust this on my own?
