Reinstalling solved the issue for me. Also, try to unplug any usb microphones or sound cards, even if you've changed the input method in windows

#3 - The Rocksmith.ini in the install dir.

 

Everybody - Have you tried going into device manager and uninstall the driver for the realtone cable? Maybe a combination of that and deleting the ini file is what works.

Yes, reinstalled all the drivers, deleted the rocksmith.ini file, restarted the pc, validated the files in steam. Checked all my inputs in windows and in rocksmith. Still no audio

Trying to reinstall now, after backing up my dlc folder. Hopefully that will fix it

I have the same problem, but deleting the .ini file doesn't help :-( The cable works, since I can hear it when "listen to this device" is enabled. Seems like the update f'ed something up... Does anybody have a suggestion to what I can do?
