Finally solved the issues with my Mac after the last upgrade...

Lead INT - 100%

Bass MC - 97,4%

I really liked the Megadeth song - if I only had more time...

Quick and dirty this week. The only tune that I really worked with was the Bass MC. My goal was to do better than last time - which I did (yay).

I am now off the grid again for two weeks...

I'm back!

A range of weeks with vacation, building a house (or at least a garage) and tennis elbow (from using the screw gun - weird) have made it impossible to participate. My garage is still not finalised - but I will try to post at least one category each week. This week it is three:

Posting early this week since I have to go away to attend at the mandatory pickled herring and schnapps festival (midsummer). No time for play, only chores...  :P

I don't like this one - it's a nice song, but it must be extremely boring to be guitarist. The guitarists probably cursed the day this song became a hit...  :)

This one was really fun. I didn't have the time, energy and hand strength to chase for 100%. I will save this one for the future - it is a really good exercise for the left hand!

Thank you - I'd bet that we are all doing our best with the fear of being upgraded to next class... It is tempting, but oh, how I would suck in next level...  :)

This weeks result. Struggled a bit with the songs.

I love this song. It was so fun to play and I am deeply impressed by the band - listening on the whole album as I am writing this.

What the heck - I even had to give Lead a try.

Shunkan Sentimental sounded a bit artificial on the video - I just had to dig out a live performance to see/hear them do the song live. Here it is - I even like it better in this version:

Extremely short week for me - going away tomorrow and back on Sunday. Still tried to put some time on to this - and this week with a bonus surprise track   :).

Ghost again - nice tune, but D tuning is killing me. I need to get a second guitar and some really heavy gauge strings. Problems with recognition (my pick-ups?) combined that I barely can touch the E- (D-) string. If i press to hard, than I get a miss...

Rhythm is trickier since it is even more problematic with strumming in low tuning. However, some parts was quite tricky...

Challenging week - I do understand grade 10 on Iconoclast. Soooo beyond my capability...

I do not deserve this! I was all over the fretboard. Amazing bass player here - I bow my head in the deepest respect!

Loved this one. High energy groove!

Aiming for a hungover tomorrow (party tonight) - so, I am posting my final results now.

For Bass I reached for my five string bass - and realised that I don't own any. Resulted in playing with strings that felt like rubber bands instead. Liked to song though!
