If you can play youtube videos, nothing should be necessary at all. If there's issue check first if the youtube video works on youtube or on the cdlc page directly, if it doesn't. The preview won't work.

 

If it does then i can't really suggest anything...

Yeah, the YouTube videos play fine & that's what I've been using.  Very strange.  Thanks for the reply.

Used to work on my laptop until I had to replace the HD.  Now nothing.  Works as expected on my desktop, so I'm assuming there's some utility or plug-in/extension that I'm missing.  Can anyone share what's required to be installed for previews to work?

Preview play mostly worked for a while, but now (last couple of weeks) none will play at all.  Whatever changed seems to have broken it.  It's a really important feature, so please try to get it going again.  Thanks!

Edit:  Seems to be working much better now.
