so i have a problem with tuning in this song...

This is song is BEAD, but when i complete tuning - song is don't recognise notes

also when i use the A220 pitch - bass tuning is always on -999

You can only import a GP file, if you are in the middle of a project. Select "New" and begin a new project, or "Load" an old one. Afterwards, "Guitar Pro Import" will be clickable.
