  1. Yes it's the correct path, the C: drive is reserved for the OS exclusively and no app is ever installed anywhere in there. Installing to C: isn't an option.

  2. Hi there, same issue here. I'm using v1.5.4.4. (the latest one) and it's also not starting.

    Windows 10 Pro N

    Windows Defender (it didn't get flagged or anything).

    i7 8700k

    .NET framework should be up to 4.8 since I had to install all redists for Visual Studio 2019 UWP development.
