  1. I think i would need more info to actually understand what your exact issue is, like maybe screenshot of the CDLC ingame or even a video of how it turn out.

That's actually a pretty good idea. Give me a little bit and I'll post a video of what happens when I try to play it, and also the editor on fire version.

Worst case scenario I'll just have to start from scratch.

  2. Maybe it's an issue of not having enough phrases/sections. If you can select the solo as a playable part in riff repeater, you may need to add a phrase/section at the end of the playable notes. DDC may add these for you automatically if you didn't try that yet.

I considered that, honestly there are a few bugs with my custom. It's playable but I was planning on working on it for a while before uploading.

It's got enough sections. It just ends prematurely.

That's the only glaring difficulty I'm having at the moment.

  3. Did you used wwise yourself to convert the audio?

If so, you should let the toolkit do it by pointing toward the guitar.ogg in the toolkit audio field. This will avoid any convertion issue.

Yeah, I used Wwise. I didn't do anything with the ogg file though. I didn't know what I should have done with that one.

Sorry to seem like a noob, this is my first CDLC. Once I've converted the Ogg, where should I place it?

    Thanks for the help.

    *Edit.

I immediately figured out what you meant by using the ogg.

I tested the track again and it added a grand total of two extra notes (I think.)

In other words, it's still not quite there. I'm honestly confused, this custom song stuff is fun but really exhausting to get used to. D:

  4. Hey guys,

I've made my first custom dlc ever yesterday, I spent about 8 hours non stop tabbing it out note by note due to the fact no one had written the guitar solo into the tabs. I followed the youtube tutorial on here:

and successfully made a working dlc. Or so I thought.

I was testing it out to make sure it worked before uploading and the ending solo is missing. The song continues but it just ends right before it starts.

Now like I said, I tabbed the entire song out personally. Each note synched to the song, it took ages.

In Editor on Fire the notes are there, but not in rocksmith 2014.

Obviously I'm a little confused as to why the song ends.

Has this happened to anyone else, and does anyone have a fix for this?

    Cheers guys.

*Also, sorry I'm just making a new topic, I wasn't entirely sure where to post this.*
