I know there was a list of probable real world counterparts to RS12 gear. Is there a comparable list for RS14? If there is, my Google Fu is failing me. In particular, I'd like to find a germanium drive that is close to the RS14 Germanium Drive. I have this drive in one of my custom tones and I really like the sound of it.

I've seen an interface that connects a bad hard drive to a computer to pull files from it, but I can't for the life of me remember what it's called. What's the hive mind say?

I guess it's RS14 not recognizing any of the outputs with exclusivity set to off. I get an "Error sound initialization" No audio output device is detected popup. I've set it to all that are listed and nothing.

EDIT: I have the sound working for XBox Console Companion with Exclusivity on, but the quality is just trash. Guess I'll just have to try OBS or something of that nature.

I've tried using Bandicam and XBox Console Companion. Both will record video just fine, but no audio. If I turn off audio exclusivity, as I have in the past, I don't get any sound from the game. I've tried every configuration I can think of. 

I can record other games with Bandicam and get sound, just not RS14. 

Nope, I just had a brand new hard drive installed, dis the dns flush and still get the sign in loop.

Yeah, I cant log into ignition with firefox either.  I used to be able to log in with IE and the IE app in Windows 8, but no more.

I occasionally have trouble with IE, such as right now.  Could get into Ignition last night, today getting kicked back to log in.  I used to be able to use the Explorer App for Ignition, but that has been broken for me for months now.

I use the IE app on Windows 8.  Didn't have a problem until this weekend.

I've listened to rock/metal since the '70's, but 1987 was the catalyst year.  There were a lot of great albums that came out that year.  It was a mix of George Lynch on Dokken's Back for the Attack and Vito Bratta on White Lion's Pride that really made me want to play guitar.  George has a spectacular legato and Vito is the staccato side of that coin combined with 2 hand tapping.  Given that, my favorite band for many years is 70's era Black Sabbath.

My tastes have expanded to include 50's music such as Bill Haley, punk like the Misfits and blues ala BB King.

Yeah, I was about to flip out.  I had the jones real bad and was getting antsy.

I finally found the problem.  It was HPRemote Connect.  It was flipping out and was opening and closing second instances of itself in the background.  I couldn't end the process or stop the program, so I just uninstalled that trash.  Played 6-7 songs without incident after that.

I only have one card.  I'm running on a laptop and had no problem prior to the servicing I had done.  I'm sure it is something running in the background that keeps coming to the front, but I'll be damned if I can find the damned thing.  I've disabled everything I could find through Googling the problem.  The problem is, I can usually only find questions and suggestions to fix the problem and nothing that says "X works".

Both versions are doing this to me now.  I had to take my machine to get malware taken off and now I can't get through a song without the game minimizing in full screen mode.  In widowed mode, I get the audio device is unplugged error randomly.  I'm thinking it has something to do with the anti-virus/malware software installed when I had it serviced.  I've disabled it and the Cloud crap running in the background and it still minimizes.  I've re-installed twice and this is getting frustrating.  It's a known bug by Ubisoft, but as far as I know, they have never addressed it.

I've looked for other topics on this and cannot find any.  Is there a guideline on who is allowed to start topics in Video Submissions?  I ask this, as I have previously submitted a video on 26 January, 2015 and now cannot.

Add Queen - Under Pressure - Live at Wembley to Dead Tone/Crash.  Have to restart to get tones back.

I use Bandicam as well. I don't have any problem with it and I think I record in 720p.

I'd hate to try a B tuning, C# is bad enough and C is almost unplayable.  I'll probably have to go for thicker strings to play those songs.

The only real solution is to find those songs that fail, notate what has caused them to be a failure and then leave a comment on that file.  I have a few that I need to do this with, as they are complete garbage.

Yeah, and I hated that feature.  It was not intuitive at all and was disruptive. I'm glad it's gone.
