First album was Kiss Creatures of the Night, though Im not really much of a Kiss fan now.

 

First concert was Guns n Roses opening for Iron Maiden back in 1987 I believe it was.

Up until today, I'd always been using the shitty little practice amp that came with my guitar. (value brand set, about £90 all in)Now that I'm starting to progress on guitar, I'd been looking for a new amp to have a play about with and see if that helped me at all. Popped into a local store, similar idea to a pawn shop/cash converters store, and noticed a Line6 Spider IV 15w for £39.99. Needless to say I picked it up and I've fallen head over heels in love with it since I got it home.

I started off with that same amp and loved it. Since then I have moved up to the spider IV 75. Love the huge number of preset tones and the ability to save lots of my own.

If you make some pearl jam cldc, I will definitely be trying it out. Love PJ....anyone who doesnt like Eddie Vedder probably hates puppies too ;)

I have a few gripes with RR though, sometimes you want to slow down a song to see a tricky part but because its at the end of a long section that you can already play, you have to listen to the entire section first at super slow speed just to get to the point that you want to learn. Only to once again miss what was going on because you can't pause it and continue on from that point

I would love to be able to hit space bar a second time to resume RR for this exact reason

I like to learn at 100% so that I don't feel as if I have to learn the song over again when the difficulty increases. Also it always messes me up when new notes are added on the fly lol

It'd be great to have warmup tracks -- fingering exercises, especially, that we can run through for 5-10 minutes before getting into playing songs.

 

I would love to see this! 

I spend about 99% of my time in Learn a Song and 1% staring blankly at the screen wondering what to do next.
