In my case, Ive gotten platinum for Red House (lead) and The wind cries Mary. I'm asking because earning a Platinum Badge is an important part of my "learn-to-play-guitar" methodology. However, sometimes I feel that some Jimi Hendrix songs are IMPOSSIBLE to get a Platinum Badge? For example Castles made of Sand, at the begining and the end has chord slide recognition problems. I know for a fact that Little Wing can be platinated, because I saw a video of someone doing it. Which other Jimi Hendrix songs, (from original dlc or the ones in customs forge) do you think CAN'T be Platinated (For reasons that are outside of our control) ???

im pretty sure its exclusivity mode fault but the game doesnt start if its set to 0 in ini file...but ill describe the situation anyways: I have a scarlett and ive been able to play with it and without the rocksmith cable for a couple of months.. however when recording the gameplay i dont get audio (using windows g method since im win 11, obs, steams overlay) i know at one point i was able to do a loop ( from what i recall...i connected a cable to the output and connected it to the second microphone entrance...) however that didnt get the best audio sound... as seen video...i tried doing that again and wasnt able to xD and its probably the re…

I get not uploading the exact file that came with the game, but charters should be allowed to make versions of these charts. The rule of no uploads makes sense if the song is able to be purchased, but how does it make sense when the song is no longer available in any shape or form? Theres missings songs i want to learn/play damn it lmao. I cant just whip up a sheet version of these songs since im left handed.

Hey guys! I love Rocksmith as a tool to learn (and memorize) new songs for my cover band and have run only a few that aren't in the database already (this time 'Thunder Island' by Jay Ferguson, most recently the entire Arctic Monkeys album). Is there a place to request these songs and/or, in rare situations, offer a commission to get one done quickly? Thanks guys!

I apologize if this post is in the wrong spot. im wondering if anyone has a fix to my game that starting to crash on some tracks as soon as the song is about to start. Ive deleted recent downloads lookin for a bad file, but no luck? What do i need to do in order to protect my date for a reinstall if thats the fix? Thank you for your time Rock Forever!

So just come back to RS2014 remastered after a couple of years away and its telling me that its not seeing my realtone cable as connected.... aside from the cable has broken somehow whilst in storage has there been any updates on the game or anything that would cause this? Before i have to buy a new cable?? TIA. P.S. I have updated my system in the last 6 months but not had to reinstall the game, wondering if i need to somehow tell my PC where to find the cable or something, using W11 now. Any help would be appreciated 🙂

Is there any way to make old DLC available to buy again? I missed out a few song that I like and there seems to be no other way to play these songs on Rocksmith 2014. Specifically "Pumped Up Kicks". I tried the "CDLC" route but no success there, since the instructions for importing .dat files are very obtuse. At the very least, can someone direct me to an easy-to-understand guide for using the Rocksmith Toolkit. Cheers!

If I start a cdlc, and I have tried many. It goes through the part where it asks me to retune my guitar, then it fades out so I see the speakers, but no fret board ever appears. I cannot esc out of the page, I cannot hit enter to leave the page, it just leaves me there looking at an empty room with two speakers. This happens with every cdlc I have tried. PC version. Thanks

Hi first time posting, I recently noticed my rocksmith 1 dlc packs were missing. I don't know when it happened but I noticed it today. I tried restarting pc, booting game in admin mode, and tried to delete the RS1 compatibility file and reinstalling buts its still missing. Does anyone have any suggestions? I was going to try a fresh install but I'm not sure. thanks

Recently I downloaded a newer version of EOF and the new DLC builder. The charts I've made since then, I notice they seem to fall further out of sync as the song goes on. It usually only equates to about half a beat off, but still annoying. No matter which chart I check, in EOF they are all perfectly well synced. Has anyone else encountered this problem? I used EOF 1.8 RC12,

I tried searching but didn't find an answer. Hopefully somebody knows. Is anybody familiar with how Rocksmith handles the sorting of Custom Tunings? Some odd tunings seem to be haphazardly placed wherever the game feels like. Recent example I noticed was an Alter Bridge CDLC was tuned to Db Gb Db Gb Ab Db, and Rocksmith placed it within the Drop C section. To me, the tuning is an alteration of Db Standard as 4 of the strings are within that tuning (-3 steps down) where as not a single string lines up with Drop C. I'm trying to wrap my head around how it decides where to place these tunings as it drives me nuts having things in wrong places. I'm tried to a…

Hello folks, so i finally got my TV PC up and running (and ofcourse one of the main things i wanted to use it for is RS). On a 4K TV you gotta switch Windows Scaling to atleast 200% (probably more). Problem is: Rocksmith 2014 is not very well coded in some areas... The game uses the Windows Scaling (for some reason) and presents itself showing just a quarter of the screen. You have to switch windows to 100% to properly run RS. Ofcourse that is a bit of a pain in the ass. It's not a deal breaker but it wpild be nice, if there is some sort of workaround.

Given the problem that neither Steam nor Ubisoft wants or can solve regarding legitimately purchased DLC songs, I think it's time they should be accessible as CDLC. The rules for publishing CDLC of songs that can no longer be bought or accessed legally should be reconsidered. I was a truly fan of playing songs like Hangar 18 almost every playing session, and is time to fix it by our means.
