Rocksmith Remastered

I'm still a bit of a novice when it comes to EOF, and even though I've found where the option to insert slides is under Note - Pro Guitar, I can't figure out what to do from there. http://i.imgur.com/BvbQu5Q.jpg Here's my song. I want the bend to start at the middle pair of notes (The 10 and 7 that aren't sustains) and end at the following notes (11 and 8). How would I go about doing that, and manually edit the slide's path if neccessary?

It was definitely this site that inspired me to jump in and do this, so a special thanks to @@Unleashed2k for putting it together so quickly. And a huge thanks to @@raynebc, and his endless patience with me as I was trying to figure it out how to use EOF. I really had a blast making my first custom, and I'm already looking forward to the next one. Hope I can help other people too.

Hi, I'm not sure if anyone else has had this, but it seems that when playing customs for an extended period the song volume starts to decrease. I have all bars up to 100% in mixer and have tried lowering all volumes as low as they go apart from the guitar 1 volume and then increasing my speaker volume, but this hasn't solved it. Has anyone else experienced this and, if so, have a fix for it? Foobs

I have Ween's A Tear For Eddie from back in the Smithy Anvil days (my all-time favorite song to play in the game!). I have two questions: - The original author did not break it into sections. I want to practice just the more difficult parts at the end. Is it possible to "unpack" it in some way, modify it to add sections, and package it up again? - If I do that, since the original author seems to be long gone, is it kosher if I upload it? Or is that infringing upon the rights of the original charter? (said with as straight a face as I can muster!)

Why don't CDLCs default to DD in LAS? (translation: why don't customs default to dynamic difficulty in Learn A Song?) When I start up a custom in LAS, it automatically starts at the highest level of difficulty, instead of the lowest, like official DLCs. Is there a reason for this? I like DD when I'm first starting to a learn a song, because it gives me a change to listen to the song and study the fret hand positions. I know I can go to the Riff Repeater and set this, but I like LAS, because the crowd gets really enthusiastic when I play. Must be my charisma.

There are some collaborative (for instance: discography) topics in which it would be nice if there could be multiple authors of the topic start. Co-authors would have to be added by the topic starter. In this way it's easier to maintain the topic. For me, that would lower the threshold to start a Megadeth discography since it wouldn't be only my responsibility to maintain it.

Why is Wwise giving me .ogg files instead of a .wem like I need? ALSO, when I try to import the .XML file I get an error message saying: "You are using an old version of EoF application, please update first" and it won't allow me to add the .XML file... My EoF is NOT out of date, I just updated it to make sure.

I'm starting to chart a rhythm track now and I'm not certain how to chart some of the chords. One thing I want to avoid is cluttering up the screen with too many chord boxes -- I think I might be able to avoid that by only giving partial chords (and I'm hoping partial chords will also fool Rocksmith into not giving misses). It's pretty clear he (Lou Reed) is only playing partial chords for most of the track. But how do I: 1. Show the chord name for a partial chord. Example: I'm using an open F, but removing the F on the 1st string (high F). (Note: this should still be named, right?) 2. Emphasize one note in the chord, while retaining the chord shape? First let me say thanks to all you guys working hard on these CDLC's. It's great! Okay...I'm a total guitar rookie, a middle aged guy using Rocksmith 2014 and other lessons to learn how to play. In the past 36 hours I've put into Rocksmith I've improved immensely, and can get 90% on the simplest of songs. I thought I'd try to make my own CDLC as I'm mostly interested in easy (not easy to play) accoustic songs...John Mayer, Ben Harper etc... and tried to make a CDLC of Let her go by Passenger. I worked through the entire wiki tutorial (next up I will try the one posted above) and created the CDLC but when I try to use it the song does not start...I can see the firs…

Hi all, Has anyone by chance found a way short of using RR or SA to disable DD? I recently got my first corrupted profile and don't really want to go back through leveling everything back up because it just takes so long. I did some googling and scanning through the reddit but couldn't really find anything so, before I give up, thought I would ask here in case someone had found a solution using something from the expanded set of tools available for making customs. Thanks in advance for any tricks any of you may have found...

Sorry if this has a really obvious answer, but I can't figure out how to export the finished guitar and bass tracks I've authored in EOF for use in the song creator toolkit. There doesn't seem to be an option for it anywhere that I see. How do I go about doing this?

In EOF's FILE menu, there is MIDI IMPORT. Midi files at least superficially seem a bit like Guitar Pro files, containing a version of a song in the form of synth instruments stored as tracks, though perhaps without the sophisticated musical notation that details bends, sustains, slides, hammer-ons... So I thought I would give MIDI IMPORT a try. The 1st time around It had prompted me for a MIDI file, so I give it one, then it requested a Music file, so I gave it the ogg file that should relate to the midi file. But I couldn't determine how this did anything other than the ogg file import. Is there some advice relevant to the MIDI Import?

Hey, I would like to thank you all first off. This whole RS modding is awesome. I am having trouble with getting my downloaded CDLC to work (RS2012). Are the songs here only compatible with RS2014? If not, why are all the songs in .PSARC format instead of .DAT? I own both Rocksmith games on 360 and have been wanting to try this custom content. Any help would be great, thanks.

Yo guys let me explain. I have a muse pack dlc but when i put their on the game the others dlcs don't appear, like 3 doors down etc. how can i solve this problem?
