Rhy-7.5 is a really tough challenge for me, so reaching above 90% is a personal achievement... 😅

@ drand  give a try to LP. It's not such a hard actually. Just 2.5 patterns

I'm not a native English speaker. Sorry for mistakes.

Have a good week! Lead scores first.

Another cool song by this band! Difficulty around 3.5/4.

LP has never been in my musical interests, but I wonder if this new LP has anything from the old band, probably not much?

@ aNDESmASAMUNE  I confirm this is 7. The riffs seem really difficult at first glance.

More Opeth always appreciated!

Opeth song. Not that will make any difference, but is good to have a register

Question! Does anyone have tips for how to play the double stop/power chords when it switches from 10 to 12 to 13 fret on the low E (D) and A strings?

I mute with finger 2 when I play 10 with finger 1 barred, mute with finger 4 when I play 12 with finger 3 barred, then I play 13 and ...just pray? What am I missing?

I still don't really get it but it's better!

Not, sure what I think about the new Linkin Park, but I like this song.

I use finger 1 for the C5(10th fret) and finger 3 for the D5(12th fret) and finger 3 for the D#5(13th fret) and just shift my hand while playing the open D5 chord.   It's fast but I think it sounds better all downstrokes, and once you get the pattern and speed down and play to the beat the detection is pretty good.

What an amazing song!  The Bridge timing is all over the place and takes some practice.   Hope, I have time to work on the lead this week.

Does the repeated three-note bass riff remind anyone else of the opening of the Yes epic Machine Messiah from their Drama album?

I don't know if i'm tired or just stupid but I do not understand how to play the chords. I slowed it down, i just don't understand, can't even read. 😵‍💫

I've taken note of the chords needed to play No Love: B, G#5, C#, C#sus4, C#Add11, E5, and C#5...

Given that I have detuned my guitar... Is there a website that would tell me how to place my fingers given the detuning for the chords of the song?

This week’s beginner song is nooot beginner friendly IMO!

Have you noticed on the pause menu there is a chord book of the songs that appear in the song? That could help and also you can use the arrow keys (not in Riff Repeater (RR) settings menu, it’s in the regular menu oops) to scroll around slowly.

I have been working through these books because I heard good things and they have some online resources, maybe some of these shapes look like the ones you need?

From E Standard to Eb Drop Db, you can first do the transition to Eb Standard:

E-A-D-G-B-E becomes Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb.

Then add the Drop Db:

Eb-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb becomes Db-Ab-Db-Gb-Bb-Eb.

In terms of the chords you can do this in reverse, “shift” the notes a half-step and don’t forget to account for the drop on the 6th string which adds a whole-step to the one string.

Someone please correct me if I made any mistakes, hope this helps.

Also, I found this website for identifying chords last week, just make sure you have a basic understanding of what you’re doing and “check your work”:
