i will take the hava nagila song this week since i dont want to spend time learning the new tuning thing yet. I'm starting from there. Is it normal the top bar is orange and not purple? I thought it was supposed to be purple when i play at max difficulty....

Love floyd!! Went to their last ever concert they played together at earl's court on the division bell tour. I was there the night the stands collapsed , so they put on an extra night replacement show for the monday and that was their last ever concert together.

Never heard of this band but I enjoyed playing this.

Surprisingly good score!

 

I'm tyred of hunting for one miss so here it is the final result. I managed to place my fingers in time to play short bridge parts and I'm glad with that.

And the miss? Who cares. It wasn't my fault. It was on open strings part (this is how I lie to me 🤣).

Yuck me...

i dont think it reflects the "quality" of my performance but hey, that's what i got. looking forward to next week going back to the beginner selection really.

They turn purple when the songs/cdlc have Dynamic Difficulty and the difficulty is set at 100%. However, songs WITHOUT dynamic difficulty don't turn purple and just stay orange. Usually its one of the first signs where you can tell the cdlc is old or the charter is using old software to "package"/ "build" the songs. Alot of pollos works are a bit outdated and could use some updating but he hasnt been active much recently.

Iirc songs without DD (dynamic difficulty) sometimes bug out and give you higher scores at the end of songs, like it'll tell you that you got 100% accuracy regardless of how well you played. If this happens its recomended to play in Score attack as that glitch wont happen there.

Also download and run CustomsForgeSongManager after every batch of CDLC to run repairs (add DD, mastery 100% bug, max five arrangements). It's a bit of extra work but I think worth it and helps avoid the game crashing.

Ah I envy you! I was only a few years old at the time so it was impossible for me to see it. 😉 Luckily I managed to see Gilmour, Waters and Mason live on their solo projects, unfortunately I didn't manage to see Wright before he died...

I admit that I played this for the first time in a long time and the difficulty ratings came from my old tests. Now I think I would give 6.5 for Lead and a 4.5 for Rhythm rather than a 7 and a 5. I'll keep Lead because it may seem easier to me than others, but I'll change Rhythm to 4.5 because it's basically just the basic chords, nothing too difficult, recognition may be a problem.
