i i try to make my first CDLC and i try 2 song the first one i can't aling the GP file with the audio.... and i try an another and i can along the temp with the song... i need help

Hey everyone, I'm working on a custom in which I'm stuck tabbing the solo by ear, and it consists of a few bend-and-release notes (similar to that in the main riff in 'Back in Black'), and I was wondering if someone might be able to describe how I might do that with EoF? As an example from the solo, I need to do a whole-step bend on the 14th fret of the G-string, and bend back down. My initial thought is to use tech notes, and place one with a whole-step bend in the center, and another with a 0-step at the end, but I'm not sure how that would turn out in-game, nor do I know how to compile the CDLC to test it (I'm creating as I'm learning) Any help regarding the compilin…

As simply as the title says, I'm having trouble with my settings and preferences reverting after I exit EoF. I set them up the same way every time I use it, but with previous versions I needn't have worried about that, as it would save my settings for future use of the program. Any ideas on the fix, or something I'm doing wrong?

I run EoF (yes I have latest and Hotfix) and it manages to open. I get the little editor box with a gray canvas and thats it. If I CTRL ALT DEL and go to task manager sometimes the gray canvas loads, and I can interact with mouse hover but as soon as I click it freezes again. Even the taskbar upon clicking crashes immediately.

So I wasn't paying attention today, and I turned off my computer with a project open, right after I JUST saved it. When I turned my computer back on, I opened up EoF, and opened up the EoF file, which then gave me the normal 'Would you like to open your last saved undo state of this crashed project?' or however it is worded. When it asked me where I wanted to save it or, open the mp3 file that it asked for, I was paying attention and I closed out the dialogue box. I tried opening the project again, and a dialogue box pops up saying 'Error Loading Song' and then it bring me back to the start up screen for EoF. Any help here?

Sorry about this - but I cannot find a solution anywhere. I have run EOF on a friend's iMac (OS 10.11.6), and started to create my first CDLC. I went home and downloaded EOF for my Mac (new Mac Pro, also OS 10.11.6) I downloaded version 20160425 of EOF, and when I try to run it, it says: EOF - No Song Can't set up mouse! Error: ...and then the next window says: EOF - No Song Could not create temp folder () I also installed and tried Mac EOF 11-22-2015, with the same results. Can someone please advise?

I get this pop-up when I tried to paste the solo from a different tab into my lead guitar chart, everything else was ok, but the very last note of the solo which is a 21, just turned into a 0 instead. This has probably been answered before but I can't seem to find an answer. I'm trying to highlight more than 4 frets on the hand positions for a tapping section and can't seem to find how. Basically here's how the section looks like: 13 - 17 - 22 - 17 - 13 ------h----T-----p----p Should be highlighted from 13 to 22

So I've been trying to use EoF and it the waveform graph and spectrogram both keep getting out of sync with the song. This makes it impossible to sync to a beat. It's becoming really frustrating, and it took me a while to feel confident that this was the problem because this is my first CDLC I'm making. It is the problem though. So I don't know what to sync markers to because I never know whether the image is going to line up with the sound. It can show that my beat syncing is perfect when in fact, it's a whole half beat off! I really don't know what to do about it. I can't go on like this.

I have a song I've been working on and when I load it into rocksmith it loads the tone and everything but the notes never start and the song just ends. Maybe an issue with my phrases? I'm running into an odd inconsistency and wondered if someone had an idea of what was going on/how to fix it (see the image below [image was edited so you can see the tech views of both piano rolls]). To add to my confusion, I also made a 4-string arrangement whereby I copied the notes from this 6-string arrangement into the other guitar track, adjusted it for 4-strings and then copied that into PART_REAL_BASS. However, in-game in the 4-string path, both instances of this slide appear like 1, as opposed to just the earlier instance. For my current project i've used a different version (launched as admin) of eof -->eof1.8RC10(r1337) (build 3-4-2016) and it doesn't save as the other one version (build 2-15-2016) and the xml files are not even in the folder of the projec. It just saves notes.eof file. With the last eof i can import the tab but it doesn't save also. It seems a bug or a sort of. If i try to import the project on a different version of eof (for example in the current one i've used usually without issues) the tab is not even loaded. It's a long tab that i transcribed manually so i could start again with the other version but if there is a solution could be better or at least to exp…

I am wondering how to 'reverse' a .psarc back to a file editable by EOF. Basically, I was forced to wipe my computer and lost everything on a song I've put a ton of time into -- except for a .psarc of it I had shared with a friend before I was done with it. How can I take that psarc file and turn it back into something I can edit in EOF?? I of course googled this and found https://www.reddit.com/r/CustomsForge/comments/3axxce/how_to_quickly_edit_cdlc/ But that method didn't work for me (couldnt find the OGG or the XML in the unpacked folder, and the option to import rocksmith is greyed out in EOF). Any help is very appreciated!
