Hi everyone! sorry admins if this isn't posted in correct thread new member here, managed to get CDLC working today! really impressed with the time and effort people have put in, amazing! my post is really about the difficulty levels on some CDLC i'm fairly new to guitar still (under 1 year) and can only play the odd song on hard and rest medium almost/some easy depends on the artist! and some of CDLC i really want but i have noticed on any difficulty, the chart/notes are the same no matter w

So I saw no one addressing this and so here we are. I'm trying to add dynamic difficulty the easy way by using the dynamic difficulty creator included with the tool kit, however it removes my CDLC's album cover from the CDLC, and yes, I've confirmed it is indeed that particular program that does it. Anyone know how I can fix this without manually adding in the difficulty myself, its very bizarre that this happens.

How is the difficulty calculated? If I sort by difficulty, crazy things like In Flames and Dream Theater show up somewhere between Angela and Blitzkrieg Bop... Is it a number set somewhere? Is it calculated from the number of notes? Does DD play a facotr?

I've almost finishd my project but have a few issues with it (as usually). The most appering problem is with the chord boxes. Good morning, all! I am new to RS2014 and CDLCs but that has not stopped me from downloading quite a few songs. I think that CDLC is amazing and I'm really excited to join this community. I'm also a novice to intermediate guitar player at best, and I have a question about CDLCs with dynamic difficulty. Yesterday I've discovered that on some CDLC songs I don't see the difficulty bars, thus I get the 100% difficulty when I try to play a song. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=741532232 As can be seen on the screen there are no bars at all. Quite odd. Never seen that before. What could be the reason? any fix?

Hey guys, i got an amplifier that cannot connect to rocksmith.. so lately i have been playing guitar just following the games but without caring about the score. But whenever I play a song with dynamic difficulty he level will obviously go down since it is not detecting any note. So i was wondering if there is a way to turn off dynamic difficulty for every songs, so i dont have to keep constantly adjusting it. Thanks for all the help in advance! Best Regards, Rodrigo

In most of the Iron Maiden songs the "Set Difficulty" slider is not working. Sometimes it is stuck at 0 and all the notes on the screen come as if I had set this slider to 100%. Sometimes, on other songs, it is stuck at 100% and all notes come on the screen as it supposed to. I can slow things down with the Speed slider but it takes much longer to learn this way. A solo like Metallica's Hit The Lights becomes extremely hard to learn because so many notes come on the screen at the same time,

In the new version of DD(2.8) when i put them into the XML.files and play in Rocksmith,the intro part is competly missing(not the whole intro just the first part of it)I Don't know how should i update if there's a new version XD I even updated the Toolkit itself,but the problem is still.

As the title suggests, would it be possible to add a community rated difficulty level to songs in the database? I believe that would help new guitarists like myself as well as more experienced players with finding new songs they can play on their difficulty level.
