Rocksmith Remastered

I just got my guitar today. It's the one on Amazon if you look up "Electric Guitar" It works fine and doesn't have issues, however the real tone cable just simply does not work. My issue with the real tone cable is that once I connect it, I can't hear anything at all. When I go to properties and the mic it doesn't make any noise even when I strum. Once I get into rocksmith, it sounds horrible. It sounds like a loud static noise mixed with playing all the strings at once rapidly. It doesn't recognize that my guitar is connected or when it is being calibrated nothing happens but the noise continues to be there in the background. I haven't even been able to get passed the fi…

After I created the CDLC, the game won't let me change the difficulty of the DLC, and also the Riff Repeater part is black. I changed some EOF settings that allowed me to change the difficulty of the song, but the top bar is still black. Can anyone help me with this?

Hey everyone. Had the game installed with all the mods running fine for years, then one day a couple months back this year the game wouldn't load past the first screen before it crashes out to the steam menu. No error message or anything. I tried a few of the on line solutions like fresh install and loading the secret steam build from the developers and nothing has worked so far. I'm running an asus zeypherus g14 w/ 3070 mobile. I have a scarlet 414 as my DI box and am running win 10 pro. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

i started playing again and it keeps saying no audio device detected, i have the latest RSMods installed also no sound at all i deleted all the folders except dlc(for obvious reasons) and reinstalled the game and rsmods, i basically did a whole reset at this point, idk what to do sound doesnt even surpass 48000hz this all happened after adjusting volume, in playback and recording, but even reverting has no changes... help! resets, anything!

my old cdlc not showing up i tried one at first, it showed,then i deleted it and put 240 files at once copy paste, nothing showed so i need no charub rock?got bought games and original sonngs only

Hello lads, i'm a new guitarist who loves rocksmith 2014 L&P, but i'm also a cheap skate, and naturally, this combination led me to downloading CDLC, however, Malwarebytes imediately flagged it as a riskware DLL injector and possible back door is this software safe to use? is it a virus? i downloaded the latest version 3.5 if that matters

Hi guys, I have been having issues with Rocksmith as soon as CDLC was installed and applied - the only way to fix it is to reinstall Rocksmith, as soon as CDLC is setup again, the issue comes back. For Context: Rocksmith works fine without CDLC. I am using the real tone cable. Audio Format set to 16 bit, 48000Hz (DVD Quality). Exclusive control on or off work without CDLC - with CDLC neither work. I have tried disabling all sound input/output other than the ones I need for Rocksmith. Windows and Graphics drivers are fully up to date. Yes I have rebooted. If anyone has any advice or recommendations it would be really a…

Hello, I installed Rocksmith again after I changed all my hardware and had to reinstall Windows 11 due to a SSD failure. I installed everything I needed in order to be able to play the custom dlcs, including the new patch, but no cdlc is showing up in the game?? I don't know why this is but I tried everything already ( reinstall of rocksmith and all cdlcs, patching again with and without admin rights, checking game files...) it's just not working anymore, maybe someone has a solution or is it still being worked on since the last small update? Has anyone else been experiencing this? RS has worked great for over a decade, now repeated multiple times, the executable and all asset files in the subfolders remove themselves. Nothing in the recycle bin as if it was uninstalled. The only items left in the folder are the DLC files, config files and dlls. It has done this twice in the past month the exact same way. I have RS on steam, patched to work after the RS+ launch that tried to disable it. I always run in offline mode so that it doesn't install the latest version that tanks.

Just got Rocksmith on sale... I downloaded it and I can't launch it because Steam says it's missing the .exe. I check the file directory, and Steam is right. Did I miss something? What should I do?

I am not sure if this has been asked. as of now on Custom Forge it says it is official DLC, but in steam it's nowhere to be found and officially delisted.

Sorry if this has been asked before but I am looking for some songs that are that you have to pay for since ignition is directing me to those sites but some of these songs are no longer on steam

Just bought it on Steam and got it running... Tried using "Previous Build" using password "JustInCaseWeNeedIt" as one thread suggested and it wont download(update) that game. I do have it installed on another drive other than C if that matters. I tried dowloading the D3X9_42.dll and plopping into RS2014 root directory which would not allow game to start. Kind of running out of ideas here.
