CF Song Manager Crashes upon first installation.

Every time I try to install and run the CFSM I crash and get the following errors.  See attached pages 1 and last page of debug report,

Any help would be greatly appreciated.  Thanks in advance.

    1. Click the padlock icon in the address bar.
