Great selection of songs this week, of course Vicarious was my go to seeing as it was my pick but enjoyed the others as well, didn't get a chance to try out Spring On Mars so it's there for another time.

Really fun song to play even though that is essentially me admitting that I enjoyed Crabcore...

This was always going to be my focus, easily my favourite Tool song so I have some past experience playing it. Still had to knuckle down though, wanted to beat 99% but just couldn't get there.

Had to give Master a go as well, thought I would add it here purely because I'm pretty proud of myself!

Just adding this one... i can manage to hit most of the notes, but it doesn't sound too good tbh. pretty sloppy.

It's weirdly exciting to skate on the edge the multiplier going to single digits and approaching a strike...

Thanks very much! Not gonna lie, I've put a lot of time in with this song even from before I stumbled across Rocksmith, still have the old guitar pro tab kicking about.

Funnily enough, I had been playing an older chart for the past few years which got flagged so I couldn't submit it as an option so there were subtle differences that actually threw me off with this chart. I've got the main picking riff down to pure muscle memory over the years which was great for most of the song except for that extra part before the first chorus, that almost felt like trying to unlearn how to ride a bike if anything!

I'm still going to keep trying for that 99% Master as a little challenge to myself though, feels like the hardest part is just finding the time!

Thanks very much, safe to say this song is my one and only party trick (even if it is just a bit too long for that)! No doubt I'll be back to being humbled by any number of sweeping or clean picking sections this week...

Yea Jimbob def takes the % this week :P even if i were to reach higher, playing it blindfolded/ by memory is on another level to me since it has odd patterns. Would be a pretty cool party if i saw someone whip that as a trick.

I think there could be some kind of bonus in leaderboard for MM scores.

I even thought about creating something like GoG weeks with a special song, where only MM scores would count. It's a nice incentive to try and learn songs without looking at the chart, but I don't know how interested participants would be because it requires time and dedication.

New week will start later, though. I've already made selection, but every time I try to create a new topic, the forum freezes for a moment, then works, but after pasting text from the converter, everything is broken. I'll come back to this later, it's frustrating...

I hate this band they seem to over complicate stuff to sound smart too difficult stop IT!
