SIDE CHALLENGE - Let´s COVER some [24]

Rules? No rules! We pick a song and everybody is invited to share his version. Songs shall be called every week, if you don´t manage to nail your version within the week - entrances are ALWAYS welcome. No winners, no losers, just fun and personal progress, a bit bringing in the harvest of the hard work we all do here every week by converting to own produced music, and (for me very important) learning (easy versions) of songs to be able to play them anytime when a guitar is in the room - and that shall be a part of thinking on the next song selection maybe.

So - as we had Beatles - And i Love Her last week  JUST GREAT, yay!!!! Everyone who has not finished his cover - just post whenever ready in the running week (yes, this one) so we all will recognise it.

This week THE HOUSE OF THE RISING SUN 

Yay .... next week already. Struggled with suddenly the Placebo song disapeared from the db, but still had the link. And the MC song gave me trouble ... after a few unusable selections Seventh wonder will serve you well.

Ratings might be a tad to tune, going to test what has not soon and also awaiting your feedback of course!!!

And we got a whole Album again for the next 4 weeks to pirate through the Gog ofs... yay.

Cover challenge -- hopefully @ shaggy_malagy  is gonna name the tune to play soon!!!!

@ Rodman  As much as I'd love to jump straight from Intermediate to Masterclass I don't think I'm quite MC level yet, throw in some sweeping and I'm done for! If it's alright with yourself could I try my hand at Advanced? Happy to stay at Intermediate otherwise, I'm just here for good vibes and to find new music more than anything else

ah... Sum41, man... those guys absolutely caught me 20 years ago... not into radiofriendly pukkrock, no - one of the most amazing live shows in a small tent back then with the most killer guitarist whatsoever, and i am not talking hairstyles...

Not so much of that left seeing them a lot the last years, that year is, so they say, really the last one. salute, boys - you caught my heart!

Just dropping in the let ya'll know I've updated the Black Sails at Midnight Album chart. 
Now with the latest versions of the individual charts and has correct FHP's.
Enjoy the challenge! 

I had to try that once - not in any hurry to try it again any time soon... 

If there is one section that sneaks up on you - where some advance practice would definitely help - it's this one: 

PS The bass part has 16,256 notes - but who's counting...

Sorry but not this time yet. I only played this once for a test and didn't even know I had the best score (barely 91%) 😲 And then I see that only you, me and Cacahuate played this and probably only as a sight reading. Surprisingly little competition was on bass last week, sad 😕 I'll take the promotion if I know I got it in some interesting rivalry or I achieve 99.5% on a song with a real 7 diff rating.
