Rocksmith Custom Tool Kit (ARCHIVE)

I am tweaking someone else's custom for my own use - adding arpeggios etc where there are none in the original release - so I used DDC v2.5 to remove the DD. Unpacked using toolkit - updated to 2.6.1.0 Rocksmith Import into EOF - edits done then saved as normal. I try to create the package and the toolkit drops the following error every time. I have tried saving templates and re-loading after restarting the toolkit, but get the same error each time. I got the following error message: It didn't actually generate the package though. No error log that I can find either.

Trying to convert PSARC file to xbox on a MAC. eVERYTIME i select the file to convert I get a thread exception error. Any advice?

So, I've finished a song, and it works perfectly without DD. However, something odd is occurring when I add DD. For some reason, power chords (drop tuned) at frets 1, 2, and 3 are showing up as empty chord panes (similar to the repeat panes). When the difficulty is low, the single notes show up fine, but once they transform to chords, they are invisible. Chords at higher frets appear as usual. The games still expects me to play the correct chords, but just isn't showing them. I've created several CDLC, and have never encountered this phenomenon before. Any ideas on what's going on?

Hey I'm busy making a new CDLC, I generated a DDC to test it. Made a DDC with 5 levels. But in the last part of the song the DDC only give me 2 levels instead of 5. I also tried to add more levels but its always the same part of the song that only gives 2 levels (it a very low purple bar in RS. I tried to repack it, reimport in EOF, double and half the BPM but it just stays the same. Anyone also has this problem?

HI there DId a quick search but (surprisingly) couldn't find a thread on this. I want to convert a PC CDLC from PC to PS3 I can get PC to MAC and PC to Xbox but nothing works --> PS3 (including attempts to reconvert the newly converted mac and xbox files) I'm running WIN7 x64 if that's a factor If I can't do it it's not the end of the world but I'm hoping there's a simple gotcha here Thanks a lot K

Hi! I'm having a problem with the toolkit. When I click add an arrangement I get this Error: Unable to get information from the arrangement XML. There is an error in the XML document ( 1197, 291 ) What causes this? Everything seems right in EoF. (Recently updated the toolkit. EoF version: 1341)

So I'm basically at my last step of finishing my first CDLC, but when I go on to "Generate" the song in RSTK I get an error message saying "Package was generated with errors! See below: Error generate PC package: Offset and length were out of bounds for the array or count is greater than the number of elements from index to the end of the source collection." What does it mean..? how do I eventually fix this and complete my CDLC? Thanks!

RCST generates an error while building a package with the following vocal .xml: https://www.mediafire.com/?f03atkcd3ejwt34. Translated the error is something like the following: 'The XML document (11,61) contains an error '. Do you know what's wrong? Could RCST maybe give a more informative warning? :)

Hi! I've been trying to make a new custom song on Rocksmith 2014 recently. Everything is done, I've mapped the song and everything but when i try to create the pacakge in rocksmith custom song toolkit there's a problem when saving it. I fill in everything needed and add all the files. But when I'm clicking on generate i get this message: Package was created with errors! Hi all would really appreciate some help here. I have been able to generate all the files, I believe. What I did was: add a load of songs (some of which might already have DD, not sure) to the package window, press generate DD, then while it was generating DD, add new files. Hi there, Whenever I try to load some CDLC, the song is available in the list in-game, but whenever I try to play the song, it loads all the way until the note highway should start, then just hangs. Nothing happens and I need to force exit the game. Any ideas?

So im on my 6th CDLC and ive gotten the hang of creating customs, but im having a problem generating this new one. i get a "package was generated with errors (4, 61)". I went to go test the track on RS14 and the song arrangement was replaced by one of my other CDLC arrangements.. i don't know how it got there and so far on EOF i've deleted all events and checked the lyrics and it still won't budge. Hey, so I will try to keep this simple and short. I am new to this site and the software for editing the .sng files, blah blah blah, I figured it out (mostly) and I have my new tabs converted to .xml and all that good stuff. The problem is that I always get a packing error. I have no idea how to change the DTD settings or whatever, so I am at an impass : I really want to update the tabs to Withstand the Fall of Time by Immortal, the most current one is just... Not correct in some parts. Anyway, I am sure that is a long enough rant. Help?

I have uploaded already a couple of CDLC's with only lead track. I now wanted to test it on bass, but when I start the song in RS2014 there are no notes. Its just empty. I tried real part bass and real part bass 22 track in EOF but none of them work. I really don't know what i'm dong wrong. Anyone suggestions? Thanks

Hi and sorry if this has been answered before. Just wondering if there is any way to up the volume with the tool kit? I find that some cdlc are way to quite and asking the creator to fix this doesn't always happen. Thanks
