Whenever I try to load some CDLC, the song is available in the list in-game, but whenever I try to play the song, it loads all the way until the note highway should start, then just hangs.     Nothing happens and I need to force exit the game.

 

Any ideas?

Do you have the most current .dll installed correctly (for PC only)?  Or the most current RSInjector app (Mac only)?

i am having the same issue.  i have the right dll file, the songs are there, but the songs never start

That depends. It can be an issue caused by Dynamic Difficulty, by a wrong section or phrase or something related to EoF
