Rocksmith Remastered

So, the problem I'm having is getting RS2014 to even start at all. When I try to launch from Steam I get a white box for about 1.5 sec and crash. No errors - nothing. I used the CDLC enabler and still nothing. Although when I try to enable it, it asks me to locate my game folder and once I point it to it, it says it was successful. When it worked before it was with the CDLC enabler before the current one. I have done a full re install multiple times on my main C Drive and also on the 2nd ssd - nothing. I also have done the steam console rollback to previous version where i downloaded the version before the latest update, like the download depot thing and same result. That…

Is there a way, or mod to stop rocksmith remastered logging in to ubisoft? I mean going through the process of checking server and whatever. For myself, i see it as unnecessary loading time when I start the game 🤷‍♂️ I'll understand if it can't be done or is too difficult, just thought I'd ask the question. Cheers

Hi guys, Hoping someone might be able to shed a little light on my issue..... Recently when starting up Rocksmith, my bass hasn't been getting fully detected. I can hear it, but its like its struggling to come through. So i got a new wire, but the same issue was happening. I noticed that in the back of my bass there is a 9v battery (don't know what its actually for) This was loose and old so have since changed the battery. Just thought I'd ask before i get this setup in case people have tried and I'd be wasting my time. I had a thought that I could set up a VM with Steam installed and Rocksmith and then set Steam to be offline / block Steam and RS via a firewall. I'd obviously never get updates but at least RS_ASIO would never get broken again. I'm guessing that a VM running on my 2021 PC would have more power and lower latency than any machine that existsed in 2013 but I suspect that no update from this point on is going to be anything I need or want. Happy to report back if this is something people might be interested in?

having issues having my guitar come up with direct connect im using a focusrite scarlette solo 3rd gen, cant seem to get the guitar working in game only input i get is from wasapi input on and its through xlr no matter the channel number

I have tried checking my audio settings in my control panel, uninstalling and reinstalling, not having the cable plugged in when starting, verified the game cache multiple times, and I removed custom DLC that may have affected the crash. I can't make it full screen because the game crashes right away. Any suggestions???

I have an M track track duo, windows 11 installed the asio .dll, set the input to 48khz 2 channel, it wont give me 1 channel 16 bit somehow with the original driver. i can calibrate but wrong tuning like one note too low and E sting wont even tune since its to loose if i try.

I was looking to purchase Hotei's "Battle without Honor" on Steam and it's no longer for sale. Also, it seems the Heart songs aren't available any more. Is there a list of songs that have been delisted and ones that are about to be delisted? Otherwise, we aren't going to know what can't be posted on CF. Thanks.

Hej, i just tried to play Rocksmith but when i click play in steam nothing happens, i have no dlc right now, well only the once that i get directly with steam and yes i bought cheerup rock a few years back. i tried putting that 3d dx9 dll in the main folder. And i even used the enabler for cdlc. But i have no clue what the issue might be. In principle its a vanilla install,checked files, no cdlc and i should only have 8 threads with my 11300h i5, nvidia rtx 3060 laptop.

hi, its been awhile since I've played and now it seems to not be able to play any songs in my library, just sits at amp screen and all I can do is play manually no songs will play/ Have I missed something since an update that I need to fix or be aware of. Ive validated files and still nothing/ Next step will be to reinstall I guess bar any other advice, Thanks for reading this if you have seen it.

I play Rocksmith almost every day. And i have not had any problems before. Today i got a windows 11 update (KB5043145) and now i have the issue that de songs pauses randomly during songs. I don't know if it had any to do with the update but that's the onlything that has changed. I already tried: - Full repair game - OSD Keylogger to check if any keys are pressed what may caused it. - Checked windows debug log for any issues. Nothing. - Checked RSMODS debug log. Nothing there. Anyone else has this issue? And maybe a fix?

Yesterday, I was having issues where my game was not loading properly and crashed after only starting for a few seconds. I found a solution to that online that says I should revert it to a previous version using the beta thing, and that fixed the not loading properly issue, but now my CDLC is no longer showing up! How do I fix this? Thank you.

I was on steam, and was wondering if they will make song unplayable? if that makes sense? like if I buy a song from steam, would it still let me buy it or will it just stay there until ubi removes them? I try getting the "seether song pack" but I went to buy it nothing shows up in the cart, maybe it was a bug but was wondering if they would just start removing everything. or just wait for people to spend money on it so they get money still. and again if this is already been asked and answer my apology, ill delete the post or someone lock it. just haven't been on steam much anymore since work and all just only play when i get a day of (If i ever do lmao)

I play 2014 now, and now I wanna play Judas Priest's "Breaking The Law" from 'judas Priest 3-Song Pack' (from 2011 Rocksmith DLC for sure) But, I can't buy this DLC anymore. Even from re-seller sites! Or Windows store, etc.

So acquired the Scarlett 2i2 which has multiple channels. When I select Direct Mode in Options I just get a huge feedback from my speakers. And when I select a song I cannot tune my guitar since it doesn't detect it. Does anyone know how can I make it work? When I select Direct Mode my Scarlett does appear to select but I only get that horrible loud feedback.
