Rocksmith Remastered

Anyone here have any experience with Musicnotes tab? http://www.musicnotes.com Are these just printouts of GuitarPro files or have they been professionally prepared? They're kind of pricey. They say the song I'm interested in has 15 pages of tab -- if it's accurate, it'd make my life much easier. But if it's just the Gpro stuff I've found copied and pasted for all the verses, then that's 4 euros wasted.

It seems like this is a common problem with pc users, but I cannot find a solution in FAQs Thanks in advance

Guess what guys................i'm back :-P What is the easiest way to create my 100+ customs as pages on here, without manually 'submitting' each custom? Otherwise, I probably won't get time to manually do it which will be a real shame. Any of the devs have any ideas? For now I'm just giving all access to my Mega folder which I'm updating with more and more customs, but ideally would like to sort all my customs into the database so others can easily find what they want. Anyone have any thoughts on what would be the easiest way?

First off, I am in way over my head trying to do this song but I have learned so much doing it so I just keep going. The song is "My Kinda Party" by Jason Aldean. The main reason I am doing it is because the solo is great. Part of the solo has a trill (or at least I think it is) which I am not sure how to tab correctly in EoF. To hear it in the song, go to this link and go to 3:55 in the song and it is shortly after. It does not show up correctly in game so what is the way I should do it? Thanks!

So I have tried installing several custom songs to the Rocksmith on my computer but when I try to play them in game nothing works. The icon itself with the album cover, name, artist, etc. of the song and even the song plays, but when I actually play the song and go through Rocksmith tuning, nothing but the background shows up on screen. The tuning gui disappears, and no song structure loads as per usual. To install the song, I first download it, place it in my rocksmith DLC folder. Then I open up custom song toolkit, DLC packer/unpacker, set to RS2014, then select a song DLC I have already, and hit enter (All done with admin privileges). After this I load up Rocksmith …

Is there anyway to control scroll speed in Editor on Fire? I've got notes all synced out, beat is right but its still too fast.

I have a Mac (bass) and many of the CDLCs that I download have no bass sound or tone. If I play one of these songs, then all the others that follow (normally play ok) have no bass sound either. Any ideas?

Hello I have Rocksmith 2014 for pc and it works properly with all the songs, when i download dlcs and play them, they all stop after the tunning screen, where it just shows the amps and it doesnt freeze, but it just stops any help? thank you

I just sorta jumped into custom creation with both feet, and extensive experience authoring customs in another rhythm game (DTXMania).....but I'm still not sure I'm doing it right exactly (though I have been heeding Chilli's sig advice!). When I start a custom, what I've been doing is starting a new project, finding the BMP, and then I'll play the track with metrognome. If the beats don't line up with the clicks I'll take the very first line and move it around until the clicks and the beats sound synced up. Once I do this, I import the GP file, and with grid snap set to 1/8, I'll just slide the whole group of notes around until they line up with where they should be i…

This is just a suggestion for anyone who's not tried it. You can buy a splitter from Guitar Center for about 5-6$. With that you can run your guitar into your computer and amp at the same time. I have always felt like the RS tones were a little flat and with this I can use my own pedals and not have to worry about RS' tones at all. From what I can tell splitting the signal doesn't hurt the sound quality as far as I can tell. Playing this way I think it's a lot easier to control my sound and notice mistakes.

I still consider myself just barely above a beginner, but it looks like I have unlocked four of the eleven bonus songs in RS2014. Disonaur - Sea to Swallow - 2013 Matt Montgomery, Brain McCune, Brendan West - On Top Of The World - 2013 Playground Kings - Self Trap - 2007 Verses Them - Impossible Dreams - 2013 I know I'll never get most of the missions completed, so I'm not sure how many more of these songs I'll get. It doesn't bother me as I can find better songs at CF than most of these RS bonus songs. I happen to come up with ideas like connecting tone cable to other 4 string instrument like cello. in fact, I just tried to do it using piezo pickup and even though I can not tune my sister's cello to play ordinary guitar songs, I think this is possible if anyone make CDLC songs for the cello. if there anyone tried to do something like this, plz share your experience. I wonder that what kind of problem I will face, if i make one.

I added sections to my song in EoF, however once I open it up in Rocksmith, the sections are 'invisible'. Nothing shows. Also, when I open up the riff repeater, it let's me go to the sections, however like I said, there is nothing there. Not even the small yellow bar at the bottom of a section shows up. Any help?

need some help please guys my rocksmith was playing fine then i had an issue with my graphic card so now running with on board graphics anyway rocksmith was getting as far as the white screen the the plectrum in the right corner and wont go any further, tried reinstalling and no joy evenutally i have reinstalled windows and rocksmith but still stalling and going no further at that screen

Would it be possible to link a video to the cdlc in database ? Maybe automatically or with a link that the submitter of the video will fill ?

Hi I've been practicing Electric Guitar for 3 years now and I've been practicing seriously. Just practicing, I mean just patterns and techniques and stuff. a little songs practiced. Until I met rocksmith. now the whole time I am using rocksmith and I've Improved big time.very big time. I've got a problem now. I don't practice techniques and patterns and stuff.It makes me feel guilty cuz all I do is I play songs now.That's not bad but Improvement needs something more than playing favorite songs. and playing with my amplifier, effects has become history. what's your opinion? :)

Hello everyone. I have this problem that there is a couple of songs that i really want to try from here, but I am unable to because they use B Standard tuning and somehow, rocksmith won't let me go that low, on the first string. I can get to a point where the ingame tuner says about -20ish and then it just turns to -999 and won't register the pitch. is there anything I can do, or is it just too bas because the bass is unable to get that low? Thanks in advance to any help!

As of today, whenever I try to run Rocksmith it says This file has been manipulated and has possibly been corrupted or infected with a virus. Did they update Rocksmith to try to block CDLC? Anyone know what's wrong here?

Hi, is it possible to add a BIG RED WARNING message next to the custom tone dropbox saying: "Selecting NO makes RS sound crashes when playing your CDLC and everyone has to restart RS after. But no matter cause it sounds you dont have checked and tested your song before on your RS, in case you too had to restart RS after. So, do u really want to post this song with no custom tone, or maybe, you prefer ask someone in the Workshop section to help you to add a default one" Ok, not so funny but, how could it be possible to avoid such thing to be done on this forum ? Is there anyway to get a song with a broken link removed from the database so maybe someone else can remake and upload a new one? I've been trying forever to get "One" by Metallica and the one in the database, the link doesn't work. Myself and many others have left comments that for some reason I can no longer see. Just curious as the author has not fixed or responded about it as far as I can tell.

My chart has 6 sections, DDC puts in 2-bar phrases, yet I'm seeing some really weird camera zooming almost half way through the largest section. All Fret Hand Positions for these phrases are set at the 1st & 2nd fret, yet in the video you see the camera jump out of position at about the 15 second mark. It drifts from 1st/2nd fret anchor and zooms back to view 24+ frets while all the action is going on down near the nut. The puzzling thing is, there are highlighted lanes from 27s-34s expecting something to happen on frets 15-18, but there is nothing on them, never has been. Why does it think there is something going on up there??? Any ideas? Seen this behavior befo…
