Rocksmith Remastered

I am brand new here, just found out about this last night. Apologies if I'm asking something that's common knowledge... I read through the rules and FAQs, and I'm trying to understand this scenario: A song pack has now been de-listed from the RS store. Are those songs still considered "official" and thus, CDLC should not be created? This effectively means that both: I cannot purchase the chart AND creating the chart as CDLC is not allowed. Is this true? Follow up questions: 1. Can I just make my own chart for it, and not publish it? 2. In this scenario, should we anticipate that these songs become part of the Rocksmith+ catalog? Recently when I try to play 2014 I get a "No Audio output" error Trying all the fixes online and not have one of them work. Only to reinstall the game and have it now only work in "Audio Exclusivity" mode is infuriating because basically it breaks all other audio for whatever I have up after I close the game. Is there any possible way to fix it? Because like heck am I giving Ubisoft money for Rocksmith+

I have a friend that wants to dive into creating CDLCs from personally transcribed and created Guitar Pro files. However, he only works on a Mac. Is it possible to get RS 2014 working with a USB interface, specifically a FocusRite Solo 2in 2out, on the Mac version? No real interest here in other connections to the guitar as he is a professional music producer and will not dive into this if the USB interface cannot be utilized. Thanks for any help here, much appreciated.

Hello, I was wondering whether it's possible to import songs from Rocksmith 1 on PS3 to Steam. As I understand you need to have connected RS1 with your Uplay account to make it work so if I'd purchase a used PS3 RS1 I'd have it connected to my account. However, the concern is whether you need a connection to the same platform or cross-platform is allowed.

I am dying to create DLC for some of my favorite bands/songs but every time I try it becomes such a complicated mess. I've tried following the tutorials. I watched videos on YouTube but I can never complete anything. I get as far as mapping the audio, tempo, tabs/notes in EOF but then it all falls apart and I get frustrated. I see people posting 5, 10 or more DLC songs per day and I wonder how they can crank them out that quickly! Is there an easier way? Am I doing something wrong? Any advice or suggestion would be welcome. Thanks in advance.

How do you make a CDLC? I know you need the mod installer, EOF but what else do you need?

Hi ! I was wondering what happens if I want to play a song that is no longer possible to get as a DLC because it was removed from the stores. Don't judge me please XD but I was looking for the song ''Bring me to life'' from Evanescence. I have had this same issue 500 times. I have no idea what fixes it or why it happens. I do not see a trend. But it is so annoying. I have a mac and use steam. I don't truck with anything but adding m.psarc songs. Is there a way to guarantee this issues ducks itself? It would be so tight not to worry about. or consistency re: playing this game would be ideal. Anyone have a fix? My computer has ableton LIVE. I use that and used to use loopback to import rocksmith as a track. I am now just trying to make the game alone work but none of my mics are found.... Anyone sense what I am referring to and have an idea? Can really chap me up.. ha not british.

I'm completely out of ideas and the issue very well could have been discussed at some point. I dl'ed the RS2014-Mod-Installer.exe, ran it. The game started up normally. When it came time to tune my guitar the message kept stating that my cable was unplugged but it was, I see it in my device manager and doesn't have any errors. I uninstalled RS2014, rebooted, the cable shows in the Device Manager. Start the game, everything is looking normal. Same issue persists, it keeps stating that my cable is unplugged when it isn't. Tried connecting one of my other guitars, nothing. Tried changing USB ports, nothing. The last resort would be to reformat but I think that'd be ove…

I have RS 2014 for Windows and wanted to download the official Avenged Sevenfold DLC (containing Afterlife, Best and The Harlot and Nightmare). On this site it is listed as an official DLC. However when I find it on Steam, it is not available for download. Also, the original Rocksmith game is no longer available on Steam. Is there any way to obtain these DLCs today?

on some CDLC's i try to download , i click to download it and it downloads the m.psarc file. i go to the modal to manually choose between windows and mac, click windows, and get the m.psarc file again that does not work. had this issue with a lot of songs, but here are a few incase it helps: Plastic Hearts by Miley Cyrus, Mistakes Like Fractures by Knocked Loose, and High by Sir Sly. does anyone have any suggestions on a fix? thank you in advance, please let me know if i can provide any additional info.

Hi, I notice a lot of songs that are bass only. I sometimes wonder if I could take that psarc file and edit it, just adding a lead and rhythm line to the bass? If someone has gone to the trouble of setting up the file with tempo etc etc, adding other lines would be easier than starting from scratch (especially as I am not experienced with EOF). I would of course ask the author first if they were ok with me doing so, and not simply adjust files without author permission. Is this easy enough? Dave

I might have an issue with the ctrl key being used in RS, if i could change it to another hotkey that'd be great. If anyone knows if this is possible and how to do it? I'd greatly appreciate it! Thanks!!!

Hello, aft a few years I tried to reanimate Rocksmith, but first I had to load again from Steam. Then most of the Songs werde gone. So I downloade the enabler, but then He crashed 3 times at the second White screen within the plec. Suddenly it starte, so I loaded some Songs into the folder, then again Crashs. Tried the DLL, still the same. Any ideas?

Pretty Straightforward title. I just couldn't seem to navigate the forums well. I see some songs say 7 strings are required but have no clue how that works or to 7 string tabs. Thanks for the help in advance!
