i used to do a review for past weeks quite often, but lack of time recently...

 

Just got back from the Kiss concert. What a madness! 😱

woah the rng is crazzy! its like the 4th week in a row a song i suggest gets picked, i like this xD


second playthroughs since i didnt take pics the first time before i suggested. Classic tune from the 2000s and good tab from Dell. the other paths are also pretty fun. For some reason in the rhythm path it doesnt detect the em chord (hence the low score)? i tried it up on the other strings by the 12 /14fret after aswell but it just doesnt work...the other chords work fine tho not sure what it could be.Still glad it got picked for this week ty.

 

played this one again cause rhythm path is pretty hard to read... he must have some chord statuses going on.. idk not a fan of this cdlc. although it was nice to have a chalenging song for int.

probably the song i liked the most this week! kinda sounded like black keys, will check black pumas out. The end filler messed me up first playthrough and i liked it enough to play it again...i still messed it up 2nd time same spot tho lol.

this one seemed to be on the easy side. no surprise fillers. was chill.


didnt know that way to play i think it was dm7 on the 3rd fret? so its kinda nice to learn it...or relearn it if i did and just forgot. should be easy to get a higher score since theres not really a solo per say...we'll see


Yea..drop c songs on bass "are not for meee"I need heavier strings to prevent them acting like spaghetti. . cool song though, usually  the vocals from periphery put me off cause the lyrics dont latch on to me but this one was ok. i do enjoy their instrumentation though in alot of their other songs.

Lead improvements

Some problems with recognizing and feeling strumming. But I will keep fighting!

Melodic death metal bands are my discovery thanks to the championships! I really started to like it!

Rhythm

Much easier than the lead path, this is not 3, rather 2/2.5.

Here it's the opposite. This is certainly not easier than the lead path, and rated lower. 5 for me.

More chords!

Inter bass great bass line enjoyed this started at 92% after a couple more plays 5.5 seems about right 

Sight play of Daniel great song never heard it before. jeez 0.5 harder than inter. was really getting into it by the end though, as these songs get harder you really got to play without looking at the fretboard. Will have a few more goes at this got to push It.

Didn't play much last week, but trying to rank up this week for lead😊

I enjoy the song for this week, I first started on my beginner guitar because it has a fixed bridge, but with .008s on it tuning them down makes them super bendy and hard to recognize by Rocksmith 😂

I also think the cdlc itself has a few issues, with the major one being that all visualized notes are a 32nd off from the first bar and the tone changes are a little distracting at times and maybe a little off-placed (I don't know much how it works in EOF though)  But I think it's still fine for the championship.

I tried the E-standard one, but without the notes being transposed it just drives me crazy hearing my wrong notes on the guitar while playing

Now I'm back on my regular guitar that has a floating bridge taking some extra time to tune it😁

I'm ready to 99% it before the end of the week

With a song like this, I'm never quite sure if it's actually fingered or if it just says fingered in the CDLC but it's picked, the triplets in this one seem too fast to use my fingers (unless I'm not good enough of course 😝)

Nolly uses a pick. You can see this quite well from his awesome prayer position cover on their youtube channel.
