  1. I got myself a few new custom inlays the other day and extracted them through the custom toolkit. I think the problem was that I had the inlay fret_notes_inverted already equipped and I had downloaded a different version of inverted fret notes but when I went to extract it I got the message to you want to overwrite existing so I hit no, renamed the old one in folder to Ver2 and then extracted the new one as fret_notes_inverted. Probably because it was equipped in game when I did this (game wasn't running at the time though) when I go the the custom inlay menu now I can scroll down to fret_notes_inverted but it doesn't let me scroll any further past that, I can see some of…

    So instead of changing AppID using Converter, every song is just turned into its own extra folder (original song unchanged/unupdated)...I can't figure out what I did wrong!

    I'm trying to compile a CDLC which has an eight string arrangement with a strange tuning. The tuning from lowest to highest: C#AEADG. In EOF, this would be -15 -12 -10 -10 -9 -9. I know that the tool kit can't go above or below 10. My solution was to make the tuning -3 0 2 2 3 3 instead. When I import this arrangement with this tuning and lower the frequency to 330hz. I check the tuning after I compiled the CDLC, and instead of -3, it is 9. This is the incorrect tuning. Everything else is fine, it's just the C# note the toolkit doesn't like.   6. Hello, I am running into an issue launching the Toolkit on macOS Sierra and I was hoping for you help.     I was repacking a song which goes by two names (Coheed and Cambria: The Final Cut/The Willing Well IV: The Final Cut) and I was surprised to see that I couldn't add the colon to the song title after the numerals. Every time I try, the TK auto-deletes it. This surprises me only because colons and similar punctuation are not unheard of in Rocksmith (Between the Buried and Me -- Selkies: the Endless Obsession). Is this something that was overlooked, or did the punctuation cause issues with the creation of the files at some point? What's the story?

    Bonjour, J'essaye depuis un certain temps d'installer des custom songs avec toolkit etc... mais lorsque je lance l'une des nouvelles chansons, après avoir accordé ma guitare, elle ne se lance pas. J'ai cherché une réponse à ce problème et j'ai vu qu'il fallait copier le fichier D3DX9_42.dll dans le dossier racine du jeu. J'ai donc réalisé cette manip' mais le jeu ne démarre pas lorsque je tente de le lancer... Merci d'avance pour vos réponses.

    Hi guys, I'm trying to create a very simple cdlc. At the moment I'm trying to do something very bare (no dd, no lyrics, no phases etc) just to see if it works. I used EOF to generate the xml files and wwise to create the wem file, then I tried to pack everything together with rstoolkit (v2.8.3.0).     I formated my VM machine and I need to configure wwise to try to remake a cdlc that doesn't appear in my ps3 :\ Send help pls. I registered and downloaded the damn wwise audiokinectic but it only allows 2016 install. Can it work with that? I'm doing something wrong? Can anyone gib 2013 or compatible version? @

(using 22/05/2017 hotfix) The toolkit doesn't throw any error. (v2.8.2.0-273b0ba2) Yet whatever path i choose to play ingame, Rocksmith crash right after tuning and i have no idea what could be the cause. I regenerated the wem. Deleted showlights just in case. With or without DDC, i still get the same crash. So if anyone has an idea, i'm all ears!

  14. I get this error when I try to unpack or add DD to the .psarc. The initial conversion using the toolkit (most recent beta) works fine, and the NDD version works fine in game. The download folder here has the .psarc and the EoF file I used to make it. Having this problem again also reminded me of a previous time I'd had this problem (also on a Kreator track, weirdly...) a few months back that I forgot to report. Files for that can be found here, including the original .ogg and the .wem produced by the toolkit if that helps figure out anything.     So my old version of RS tool kit v2.6 no longer works, don't know why. Anyways, I downloaded v2.82 and ???? How do I convert my songs now to work on my PC??? I've tried to use it and tried looking up info but I'm dumbfounded. Someone have info on how to use it or get v2.6 again would be mighty helpful

    Hi, I have come across a problem. The problem is that I can build a .psarc that crashes the game. In the song menu if you select the broken .psarc the game freezes and you need to kill the Rocksmith .exe to clear it. Then reload the game. The .psarc appears to be broken because it is missing a showlights file. The Toolkit does not warn when this happens, everything looks liked it worked.     I never updated my RStoolkit or EOF but I had to reinstall my windows on the computer and download their latest versions.   19. That's the error message I get when generating a CDLC package. It looks like it can't find WWise to convert the OGG file but I believe I put the correct WWise installation directory in the config (checked the config file and it's there too). It seems to be still looking in my toolkit folder though. The WWise installation directory I use is "C:\Program Files (x86)\Audiokinetic\Wwise v2015.1.3 build 5488"

    I've installed all my Rocksmith CDLC creation on a new PC because my old one has crashed. And I just created my first CDLC on this PC with all the necessary software, and I get this error: http://i.imgur.com/AYUXC4e.png I'm using EOF v1.8RC10 (r1337) UltraStar Creator Wwise 2014.1.6 build 5318 Rocksmith Custom Song Toolkit (v.2.8.0.0-3d133c61) I have no clue what this error is trying to tell me. The first file name that it was looking for keeps changing on each generation. Does anyone know how to fix this?

    I am a PC user but I'm trying to help someone using a mac with RS Remastered. On a PC you use the toolkit to unpack the psarc file and put it in the DLC folder. Do you have to also unpack the file for MAC after you've converted it to the MAC format ?

    I've made over 90 customs and I have never experienced a thing like this. The CDLC worked fine, then I reworked the whole thing and since then it crashes over and over again. Tried to change the tones, opened chart in new EOF. Made new project in EOF. I rephrased it, fucked around with tech notes and after 2 months I don't really know what to do with it. Updated Toolkit didn't help, Updated EOF didn't help. If anyone figures something out, please do tell ! DOWNLOAD
