Hi, it's not any GP fiole it's a specific one which I want to use, this one https://www.sendspace.com/file/cm1sks It keeps crashing EoF when i try to import it. It loads and works fine in GP5. I have tried r1341, r1338 and even 1334, and they all crash at the same point of import, which is just after I click "No" to do I want to use the GP file's time signatures, and just before it asks if I would like to use the sections as phrases. Here is the report from Windows Problem signature: Problem Event Name: APPCRASH Application Name: eof.exe Application Version: 0.0.0.0 Application Timestamp: 53a3b944 Fault Module Name: eof.exe Fault Module Ver…

Hi. I'm editing /syncing on EoF, all the tracks are in sync with each other in GP5. When I'm moving bars on one track this does not affect the others (bass/rythm, etc) Is there any way to sync all the tracks at one time, I mean, moving a bar moves it in all tracks and so the sync between instruments keeps while the song is right with tempo and claps. Thanks.

I have a question regarding the use of a tremolo bar in Eof . I'm working on Jailbreak by ACDC and there is a part where Angus detunes the low e string down about 2 steps and then back to E. I put this in Eof as a tremolo but I want to know if I can give this tremolo section a number value, starting at 0 moving onto -2 and then back to 0.

  8. In my experience with doing songs with slap bass, usually all the notes on the 2 low strings are slaps, and everything on the higher pitched strings are pops. It's rather tedious to go through and add them all for a song with heavy slapping, so I thought it would be nice to have a function to convert every note on a given string to one or the other. Even if there's the occasional hammer on or pull off the user would have to de-pop (or un-slap), it's much easier and faster than the alternative. I hope you'll consider it. Thanks! Bill

  9. I do have a tab of Greensleves in GuitarPro. It uses more than one voice to author notes that last longer than these in the first voice. It looks like that: http://i144.photobucket.com/albums/r192/a_peter42/RsCustomsTools/GuitarPro6-Greensleeves_zps71c7f92d.png I learned, that EoF only imports the first voice. But how do i author this in EoF? If i add the note at the A string at the same position like other notes and raise the sustain, the duration of all notes will change. Even more it is not possible to do a sustain that is longer than the next note. I've tried it, but the sustain may only reach the 3rd fret on string H. My questions are: Could it be possible to cha…

  14. Aegisub (http://www.aegisub.org/) has the ability to time karaoke lyrics - but it saves them as its own text-based format: ASS (Advanced Sub Station Alpha). Coming from an Anime fansub background, I (and hopefully everyone else here) will find it much easier to sync/split syllables in aegisub and time each individual syllable then bashing the space bar in ultrastar editors, and then spend hours dragging lines around in EOF, scrolling all over the place, and hitting CTL M over and over each time i tweak a line ending time. If EOF can support importing these ASS files (which are the basically the successor to the SRT format), then I'll probably advance lyric creation/e…

Hi, I noticed that there is some problem with the import of hammer on from gp files. I tried to import this file with HO on open string and HO after chord. http://www.mediafire.com/convkey/4ddf/cz3p8dlgbk3p5e14g.jpg And here the result in EoF. http://www.mediafire.com/convkey/dddb/nsstzwi54aeefhp4g.jpg In fact i tried every type of HO/PO like this. http://www.mediafire.com/convkey/5424/ie462s8sq6n19184g.jpg And this is what i got in EoF. http://www.mediafire.com/convkey/a938/31gi25eh40d1ba74g.jpg Is it possible to fix it ? Hey guys. I might be retarded and didnt see it anywhere. Or it isnt just possible. (dont judge :D) I would like to ask if theres any possibility to export or convert the chart from Eof to Guitar pro OR to export it in text form. So it would convert the tab from the Eof chart to something that looks like normal tab:E––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––-H–––––––-9–8–––––––9–8––––––––-–11–11–11––9–8––9–9–9–8––––––G––10–x–––––8–10–x–––––8–10–––––8––8––8–––8–8––8–8–8–8––8–10D––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––-A––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––-E––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––––…

  18. I do most of my charting in Guitar Pro/Tux Guitar, and I had a question: Does the EOF import recognize chords markers that have been placed in those files, and could they be used in both guitar and bass parts as fret anchors? For example, even on bass, I might be playing parts of a Em scale/chord @ position 5 - if I place a chord marker in GP/TG for Em@5th fret, could EOF use that as a fret anchor "hint". Maybe only if the chord contains 1 note? If it's a chord, it can/should be imported as a chord/fret anchor anyway. I know I can go back and add all that in EOF after sync, but like I said, I find doing most of the work in GP/TG is easier.

Am I missing something obvious, or am I right in saying that you can only have 1 of each part? i.e. PART_REAL_GUITAR PART_REAL_GUITAR_22 PART_REAL_BASS, etc? I have done a couple of songs where both rhythm and lead need all 24 frets, or I have done 4 separate guitar parts (1 lead, 1 rhythm, 2 combo as bonus lead/rhythm).... This might be due to the original design, but in a future release, how hard would it be to just have "track 1,2,etc", and then assign the instrument part to it?

  20. Like it says in the title, I asked this back on SA and I forgot how to change it. I read this http://customsforge.com/topic/841-how-to-make-cdlc-full-in-depth-tut-completed/ but it is still the same

  21. I have a song in which bass is played originally on a 6 string. Now there are two options: present as Rhythm guitar in Rocksmith, but then 4 string bass players can't play, and rewriting (re-fretting?) it to a 4 string bass. It would be cool if EoF could do that automatically.

  24. Hi, I have only noticed this recently, using 1336 and 1337. I think it happened when I was using 1334 (and maybe even a couple before that) too but I can't be certain. For info, I never use any timings or bpm from the gp on import, I always pick "no". After import to EoF, I need to manually double the BPM on EoF (with adjust notes ticked) to bring the notes into line. It is exactly double. It does not happen with every GP file. Here are some examples http://www.sendspace.com/file/qrsxbx You can watch my Damien Rice - Rootless Tree vid (in the op of my database record) to see what it ends up looking like in game. Hope it's an easy fix :)

Hi guys. I have a competed DLC that I created and my problem is that there is no lead in silence. The song starts too quickly. I repackaged it by adding the lead in silence in EOF (3sec). In EOF it all starts fine but in Rocksmith the song starts early but the note highway has the 3 Second delay. Is there a way that I can delay the song without redoing the DLC cometely.
