Hey, I was just wondering how I can get the folder that saves when you open the audio file to a different location? It automatically saves in the folder where the program is saved! Please help!

Tell us how you solved it (or what you were doing wrong), someone else will have the same problem in the future and find this...

I went File > Song Folder then changed the directory..

That's the default folder where new projects are stored when you create a new project and don't specify a to save the project to a specific folder or in the same folder that the selected audio file is in.
