I have a problem syncing songs with the tabs I spend days and days moving each measure i triend match tempos is there any easy way of doing so.

Hi all, im having a problem when i try to click & drag the notes up or down the chart, they move too far instead of moving a little bit at a time, only had this problem since adding the hotfix lol.

Hello, I just started having this problem when I installed r1372. When I try to enter any sort of data into a window, I first have to click on the window, then I can enter my fret hand number, slide to number, etc. Before, when I opened a window, I could just type straight away, hit enter, and be done. Any way I can change this? Thanks.

so ther i am trying to layout things and testing out stuff on the EoF program when i noticed that frets above 17 are considered muted notes...this is an issue for ME specifically if i ever wanted to make a song that happens to go above that fret; which i'm sure i'm gonna be running into at some point in time. my guitar has 21 frets and others may go above that count i'm sure but is this an error on the program maker's part? or is this a bug that needs to be addressed? or maybe i set 1 of my settings to make it think it's not a guitar? idk any hlp on this would b very much appreciated and i thank you in advance for taking the time to read and/or read/respond

I'm currently working on my 2nd CDLC, Christopher's River by Biffy Clyro. I've hit a road block. I finished lining all the notes correctly for the lead guitar part and when I went to import the bass tab, it is not in sync as it should be, and the first note starts like half a measure before the actual bass kicks in. If i try to move the first note using the beat marker thing, it just moves closer to the other notes. If I can't solve this problem, is there a way for me to use my keyboard to place notes as the song plays? The bass is fairly simple in this song so I really wouldnt mind doing it manually

Sorry for the noob question, I did look because I know I've asked it before... I have a lyric.txt from Ultrastar which is about 2 seconds too early. I wanna move the whole thing back (to the right) by about 2 seconds. I press Ctrl+A and can move the words no problem, how do I move the blue box (that makes the lyrics highlighted)? Thanks :D

Hello So how do I get the tone changing working, I wrote the same name in editor on fire and toolkit but it won't work as I tried to do it on my custom of So Far Away, but did not work, what i'm I doing wrong thanks

Hi there, First time coming across this problem. Used USC to create my lyrics, everything is saved normally as a .txt file. When I import into EoF I got a pop-up error message saying error invalid lyric file. I haven't done anything differently from my succesful CDLCs. I just packed it without lyrics and it works fine. Any ideas on troubleshooting this? P.S. I tried to re-tap lyrics again from scratch in case and I am getting the same error message when importing to EoF.

guys i've used ultrastar creator for the lyrics but now eof doesn't load the txt file, which programm do you use for the lyrics?

I can't seem to reverse this problem I'm now having with EOF. Every time I import a guitar pro tab EOF is putting sustain on all notes. I can't seem to turn it off and I'm at a loss as to what I did to get this setting to stick. I've even opened old projects and now have any new import do the same thing. I'm at a total loss. Hey guys, i'm just about done doing one of my customs, but I'm having problems getting the Riff Repeater working properly. Not sure, if I have understood the Sections and Phrases correctly. If someone could clarify this to me, it would much appreciated! From what I gathered, you add sections to the song to specify the bigger parts of the song, ie. Verses and Choruses. Then you can add phrases to split up those bigger parts into smaller bits. Like if the verse has the same riff repeated over and over again, you mark every riff as a phrase. Have I got this right? Hi guys! I'm very new to the Editor On Fire program, and it has been hard work for the to completely create a CDLC. Therefore, I'd like to ask you guys if it's possible to use Frets of Fire project files to use for Rocksmith 2014 CDLC. I mean it's based around the same editor, afterall. Thanks in advance!

I have managed to create a cdlc well nearly I followed the excellent you tube guide and i thought all was well but when i tried a play through you can see the chart coming then it stops as if its the end of the song any suggestions as to where i have gone wrong

Hi, I tried to sync a tab to the mp3 using GPA but when I try to import it into EOF I get an error message the log says this Parsing Go PlayAlong file Error parsing sync tag. Aborting

I have just starting creating CDLCs for Rocksmith and I'm having a blast. Most of you are light-years ahead of me in terms of EOF knowledge, but I thought I would share this anyway in case it helps someone else out there who is starting out. Tried adding leading silence to an mp3 and stream copy didn't work as expected: the song was cut off after the 3000 ms I entered instead of a silence added of that length before the song.

Hi all, sorry if this is posted int he wrong forum! I'm trying to make my first CDLC, and have chosen this tab.... http://www.911tabs.com/tabs/e/electric_light_orchestra/shine_a_little_love_tab.htm#8249828 to give it a go with. Unfortunately it is in a gpx format. While there is a bass section in that online player, and when I open it in Go Playalong there is a bass section, it the section becomes blank when the file is converted to gp5 using TuxGuitar or the online converter. Is there a way I can convert the files from gpx to gp5 without losing the bass? Thanks!

Hi So i charted the song i want in EOF and its all timed correctly and all so now what do i do??

I'm having some issues trying to load a song into EOF. I've been using Go PlayAlong for most of my stuff, and for the most part things have worked out. Now I'm trying to upload a song I got from Power Tab and its telling me "File format version is not supported". Even though it is an XML file. Does anyone know how I can correct this problem?

everytime i save my song it won't put out the xml files and i've got it ticked to save seprate rocksmith 2 files but it does not work
