Hey, this is my workshop page. I will be updating this with various things I am working on, future plans, and more. 10/22/2019: I noticed that with the site backup a couple of my latest charts were deleted, I will re-upload them soon. I am currently in the process of getting a new computer, so CDLC creation is on pause right now. I am also starting a full time job very soon, so my output is likely to slow considerably. Hey Friends! I'm nearing completion of my first CDLC (Big shoutout to JamesPrestonUK for the support!). In trying to generate the CDLC file, I'm given an error code that WWise is not installed.... so I went to install WWise (I see that it needs to be 2014 or 2015 edition). When trying to install either version of WWise, I'm given the same error message: Package: Authoring Data Message: Failed to Verify the Package: The has value is not correct. Any ideas how to fix or an alternative to this installation?

Anyone knowledgeable enough about tones to where I can create a tone in rocksmith and put it in the toolkit for this song? I can't seem to figure out a good tone that would be similar to the sound of the guitar in this song. Tried a lot of stuff, but I've given up and turned to the CDLC community.

Trying to create my first song. took a transcript from Finale to TuxGuitar, converted it to GP5 format to import to EOF (definitely not a seamless transition.) Added track to Song Creater Toolkit. Filled out song info, added 512x512 image. Tried importing tones as well as just going with the default tone, same result when I hit generate. Thread Exception "System.IO.InvalidDataException: <ERROR> DLCPackageData is null, Audio file could not be found..." Which sounds to me like the XML file isn't including the MP3, which doesn't make sense to me. Any thoughts?

Ive make a couple of Clutch CDLCS that have turned out ok, right now just trying to figure out how everything works so I can share some decent charts. This song is giving me issues with the tempo changes. It starts at 4/4 and changes to 2/4,5/4 and 7/8. I'm not great at reading the waveform yet so syncing the notes has been a bitch. Any advice, or should I just move on to something easier and attempt this when I'm better using EOF?

What do I do with this part of the song that shows "free time" ? https://i.imgur.com/nkV7P3b.jpg I asked on Discord about the playing behind the strings and Firekorn told me there is no way to properly present it in game. OK. But I need to resolve the free time. Firekorn said he had not idea how to handle that and that it's rarely used. It's only these two measures then it shows tempo1/4 note = 110 At a later point it shows "free time FX for 25 seconds". Which is easy enough to add rests to cover. So is that the best approach? Just add rests to cover the "free time" duration? Ideas?

this is a bit confusing. For example: when i check the GP5 file in guitar Pro, or TuxGuitar, i see BPM is 90. When i search the song on songbpm.com a BPM of 169 is given.... what's the correct one?

Roit lads this took me a while to figure out, I did it once before but forgot how to and this new method is better. So in case I forget I thought i'd put it here and it might help someone else. There's no direct guitar pro support for muse score so you have to work around. There are 2 ways I got this to work one only requires muse score 3 (has to be 3 since the xml format is slightly different) and gp5/tux guitar. And the other requires GP6/7. First way is open in musescore export midi and import into gp5/tux guitar/eof. However this kills the note positions and imported bass as a guitar for me. So its not the best method if you don't want to fiddle about transposing …

I am relatively new to this but I have searched everything in every way possible and I feel I must be either missing something completely or there is a need for this content still. You have an amazing site and database of songs here that I have been exploring for about 2 weeks now. I am finding it hard to believe that with such an amazing library of songs there is 0 Warren Haynes or Gov't Mule songs here.
