i think the rhythm is higher than 1.5 just cause its not single notes, the chords arent power chords they are a bit more complex. Its 5 mins and theres not that many notes playing which also kinda makes it hard to get high percentage if you miss a couple.

interesting, earlier this week my dad was showing me some uriah heep songs (hadnt heard them before or atleast dont recall them) . fun to play

At first, it seemed a bit awkward, but once I started using the fingering as it is (with the thumb on the E string), my fingers easily fell into place for these chords. But you might be right, I'll give it a 2 for now, because that was my first thought.

This shouldn't be too strong an indicator of difficulty, since we're constantly doing the same thing. Of course, it's worth considering this: if there's a song with long streaks of easy notes and, for example, a more difficult short solo, you can still achieve 99% quite easily. Then, even if the solo is, for example, a 7, it's better to give it a 6.5 so that it doesn't become a benchmark for level up to a higher class.

well i said might be higher cause i thought we averaged out gorrilaz song to be a 2 and that only had two triads on the same string, mostly one and the ocassional switch but lots of times the switch was ommited so it was mostly 1 chord. However seems like it got averaged to a 1.5 so maybe its fine.

It is slow which makes it doable i guess. 110 notes means you can only miss 1 note (0.9%) if you miss 2 itll be 98% but its not a lvl up song anyways so i guess it doesnt matter to get 99+. Not really begginer chords but again its just 3 chords so eh ig its fine.

when you break the high e (AGAIN!!!!!!!!!!!!) and dont have spares... and then take a 45min bus to your 'local' guitar shop... and its closed on mondays... so you wait an hour for the next bus and another 45mins back again... then you play emulated bass

Soo... back from NOVAROCK 26

4 Days of pure joy with about 26 full shows and 2 partly (the textmarked were the ones i was at, the green ones stood out).
So much good music all around....
....insane 2:15h show of Maiden with all you would wish to hear and see incl. Eddie walking around.... cool visuals too (not of any importance for me at IM though).
...Sabaton having a tank flying in the air with the drumkit mounted on top, every song a slingalong for 100000ppl
... master Tom Morello with his 15 y/o son jamming the fxx out of those RATM tunes, man can he play!!!!!!!
... Sepultura making me Circlepit all Roots long
... really unexpected very very cool live performances from PapaRoach, oh yeah - @Vodka - Royal Republic, The Plot In You (who knows those guys!!), Vinegar Hill (austrian metal as i learned there) and the insane guys from Slay Squad.

How can that already be ending after 4 days always, i´d like to go on for 2 weeks .... Fun times!

Go and see some liveperformances of the bands you love and the once you don´t know!

Didn't anticipate that I would be enjoying a lot playing this song!

I am happy to realize that my picking tecnich is getting better! Yeah!
I am capable to relax my wrist and doesnt hurt like before when I play this kind of fast and repetitive songs. However there is still tension in the upper arm.
