sightread, I have to catch the strumming and the rhythm better

Tried Supertramp but I was lost with the chords, I need to study it more. I love when the are these chords alternated with bass and quickly changed, also if there are weird chords, is better
Love the Journey song too

 

Phew, got through it.  Not sure if I want to play that one again.  I have to wait too long before playing, ha ha.

Overall, I don't see a truly masterclass level chart here (since I do 99% on the first attempt, it cannot be otherwise). 😄

Chicago and Big Country songs are on the same diff level in my opinion, so @ jellisjenius decide how you feel.

 

 

I think the Chicago song is clearly the most difficult. If I were to rate I'd lean towards 8. def closer to 8 than 7...and 7.5 seems undercutting it
(i have never heard that Chicago song. Only heard the Journey song, of course, because I have existed as a human with working ears, and that song is prolific)

Thanks for all the feedback everyone - I'm glad people are enjoying the songs. I don't see a strong enough justification to switch the Adv and MC bass songs at this point.

I'm working on the supertramp rhythm parts and it's a.. nightmare. But the song is cool and when I get a section and speed up is very satisfying. Let's see how far I get

 

This week's results are quite bad... cannot see any room for improvement before saturday.

 

 

 

Great song, I didn't think it was so funny to play.

I have this problem with bends on the 22th of the E string.. they never get recognized, on any song. Intonation seems fine, so I don't know what is. Even if I slide to the 24th instead of bending the 22th, it's not recognized.

Supertramp rhythm for me it's like a 9!

Tones is no good here, and and I have a feeling that recognition is bad too.

I played Supertramp once during songs test, but I had such a bad score (somehow 70+) that I didn't even make a screenshot, and I don't want to suffer again playing these weird chords 🙂

Man, just behind @ Mikson  on streak here despite the higher score. I thought this would be my final run but will have to keep pushing. I do love this song:

My best till now after 45 mins of practice on it on various days, not very satisfying 😱.
Sadistic chords (piano chords), even more sadistic when every chord is played after the 12th in impossible positions 🤣 I like to suffer, anyway

Sightread lead, it's easier for sure than rhythm

Skipped a few days this week

If there's time tomorrow, I feel like I can get this to ~95%. I've been sick this whole week but it starts to get better now.

Also, I'm gonna skip the chordy-chord rhythm mc, so don't wait for my score.
