How do i import .psarc files?

I'm new to EOF, and I only want to use it to convert Rocksmith files to Pro Guitar for Rock Band 3. 
But none of the import options have .psarc as a file choice. wat do?

    It says i need Rocksmith 2014, which i don't have.

    Why do i need the game when i don't plan on using the software for Rocksmith?

    Maybe he's trying out the RSToTab, I'm not sure, I think that asks for the instal dir if you use the UI.

    Anyhow, you can just drag .psarc files onto the .exe, and it will run them through a command window, much easier that way.

    Because the tab doesn't contain the beatmap. Remove DD,  import the xml and use the audio file from the .psarc
    If you're doing it right and still getting an error update eof from here

    There's probably a guide somewhere on the forum
