I've been trying to set up a note that will slide up to fret 22, hold there for a few seconds, then tremolo. Could anyone help me out with something like this?

 

You can author that like this:

It will be authored as three separate notes: The slide, the sustain and the tremolo. Just place each at the position you want, place the techniques and then also place the "linkNext" status (one of the checkboxes in the edit pro guitar note dialog) on the first two notes. Rocksmith 2014 will treat these three notes as one combined note.
