Ok so i have the cdlc installed cherub rock the d3dx9_42 file installed I see the song on the rocksmith menu when i press it to play everything is normal on the rocksmith info page for that song i press play the song loads but my fretbord wont show up only the background and the speakers i cant press escape to go to the menu the music wont start ether and yes i have restarted the game what the hell is going on lads????

Ok so i checked the link I followed the instructions and it didnt work for me I made sure all the files where correct The songs were windows files The dx files is in the root folder like you said not the Dlc folder Can you see anything wrong in the picture?

 

7) if it still doesn't work, are you sure you correctly made all those step? If yes we'll need more information because you are probably the 0.000 000 000 001% (aka "no one") of the people for which that doesn't work and without more information on what you did, it's gonna be hard to pinpoint what's going wrong.

 

When i say more information i mean a fuck ton more than a screenshot and i will insist on making sure you followed the instruction very carefully cause we still haven't found anyone for which it isn't working.
