Rocksmith Custom Tool Kit (ARCHIVE)

I have quite a few files that return the following error when saving after editing artsit/title/album fields: "Unhandled exception has occurred in your application. If you click Continue, the application will ignore this error and attempt to continue. If you click Quit, the application will close immediately. There is a tone name error in XML Arrangement: Lead Dist is not properly defined. Use EOF to re-author custom tones or Notepad to attempt manual repair." Is there an easy way to fix these errors?

Would it be possible to extract the notes (pitch + timings) to midi format? I'm trying out the RSTK with not success. I managed to convert the sng to xml. Though the xml isn't music-xml, so I couldn't read it. What xml formatting is it?

This error log is from the message which comes up at start up. All my preferences have gone and it's throwing errors at pretty much every operation. I will supply more info if required. When i use the toolkit I am now getting below error log. I hadn't changed anything (in fact I had just finished one project and started another) but now get same error continually. I then reinstalled everything - audacity, EoF, Wwise and toolkit - and still get same error. Hopefully this is just me and user error but I'd appreciate your help.

I went to download this, and ran it through a virus checker as I do with every file, and it reported that it was carrying multiple viruses. Is there something in here that virus checkers report that isn't actually a virus, or did I click on the wrong download button or something? (Unlikely, as it was labelled as RS2014customtoolkit or something along the lines of that.

Bass Tuning Always stuck on E Standard since updating... trying to finish v2 of Gojira - Oroborus like many of Gojira's Tracks... everything should be in D Standard... i did the usual in the tookit... the Guitars seems to work fine... but the bass is always E Standard in-game when i check.... even tried to see if it was just off by 2 steps... and tried C Standard setting for bass in the toolkit in hopes of bypassing the problem but it still came out E instead of D... :( and i've never had this issue until updating the toolkit today...

Okay so i FINALLY got my CDLC created but having a wierd graphics glitch in the game with every chord in the song, it has long mult-colored vertical bars that obviously shouldnt be there. Any clue on what causes this and how to fix it?

Just updated toolkit. Version 2.9.2.0-378802d2 Now I get an Thread Exception error message when I try to use the quick add button. If I tell it to not show the log file the window which should be populated with directory structure is blank. How do I fix the zip error about sandboxing please? I read somewhere that I need to unblock the zip file, which I did before installing 2.9.2.0-5b20d981. This appears to have only happened recently. I created the CDLC 'Dreaming (Ys I)' and noticed in my testing that the accuracy was completely different to the mastery despite not using riff repeater at all. I got 94% accuracy and it would register as 92% mastery? I have no idea, but this bug only seems to be happening recently. I will try a new version of the Custom Song Creator. My version of it was v2.8.4.0-420e01fc. It's a strange bug and I'm not 100% sure of what is the cause of this. Hi, I am trying to unpack a CDLC from SNG to XML then output a tab using 'CDLC 2 Tab' component but the application is throwing an exception during the conversion process. Application is being run as an administrator. The version of the toolkit used to unpack the CDLC is v2.9.2.9-bacdb7d3. The original CDLC was created using 2.8.4.1-3a9edc97 BETA. The toolkit validates and changes the "&" character in the artist sort field to "and". Rocksmith retains and sorts using the "&" character. Reference: Bob Marley & the Wailers Removing this validation will allow Rocksmith to sort correctly.

So I just realized that the songs I had been adding for the last month or two are not showing up when I start RS. I have been using the toolkit for over a year... I can not for the life of me understand what happened in the last month or two that would have made it no longer update songs.....
