Hello, I am trying to make a basic sweep picking exercise, and using a "silent" song I downloaded from YouTube. It says it successfully creates (the green text popup) and when I hit "Yes" to reduce the risk of crashing (the second to last popup when generating) I get the (attached) error. I decided to play rocksmith after 4 years. I have the Smashing pumpkins song I have the latest version (2014) I was able to play customs both my mac and pc before. I converted my customs to mac I ran the mac patch customs do show up on the game, I can listen to their preview, but once I pick a custom to play, the screen stuck on the "amps", custom songs do not play. Hi, I've made about fifty customs over the past year-plus and never run into any issues with the toolkit, but I've been getting this error with my latest one (see the attached screenshot). The message always pops up after I'm prompted to save the psarc file, so it never lets me actually save it, even though it's apparently created successfully. I've read some of the threads that involve similar issues and tried various fixes suggested in those (checking showlights, removing overlapping notes, making sure all boxes are filled in, changing from the .wav to guitar.ogg, updating to the latest versions of the toolkit and EOF, etc.), but none seems to be the underlyin…

Hi, I need help. I connected the guitar to the "yamaha mg 10 xu" mix, which manages the audio system of the pc. The guitar plays normally while I wait for the RS2014 to start, but when it asks for calibration it tells me "cable not connected". I state that I switched to a new PC with Win 10 on board. Also, I state that I do not use the original Real cable, but as I said, I am connected to the system with a normal 6.3MM cable, using the "no cable" patch. Everything worked before. Now I find it very difficult to restore it as before. Any suggestions? Thanks in advance.

After downloading custom songs the guitar neck with the notes doesn’t appear on Rocksmith when trying to learn the song, just the music .I also have the Dl file installed in the correct place and also have Cherub rock installed .Any ideas ?

I finally got it downloaded and installed after running Mac in recovery mode and disabling the thing it said in the other thread. Before it would say it's corrupted and need to be deleted. Now that I have it I double clicked and nothing happens. I waited over a hour multiple times. I also downloaded the song kit and it says I need to be an administrator and I already am on my computer. I need help. Please and thank you.

Hello, someone explain me the difference between the dlcbuilder and the tool kit?

After you unpack a psarc, is there anyway to convert the PART REAL_BASS_22_RS2.xml file back into a notes file so you can have it all laid out in EOF as if you had just created it? I do notice that when you unpack a psarc and extract the Guitar Pro file from it, that it does have the BPM's adjusted to the anchor points, which is a help, but I want the entire original notes file to see. Is it possible ?

Hello, I get an error message when trying to unpack and repack certain songs in the toolkit. The message read as follows Application.ThreadException: Wwise audio file conversion failed: <ERROR> Did not find any converted Wwise audio files. I have gotten this error on a few songs and don't know how to fix it. Any idea what is wrong?

So I just started learning how to make my own custom songs and the whole process went relatively smoothly until I went to generate my song. after updating my macbook to the latest version i cant seem to be able to launch rocksmith toolkit ? does anyone know if theres a new update for it that makes it compatible with this version of mac or anyway that i can fix this problem ? thanks in advance

I'm about to export a .psarc file and I want to add 5 guitar tracks to the project. I already used the 3 tracks in EOF for Rythm, Lead and Combo, but I want to add 2 additional tracks for Alternate Rythm and Combo 2. However, I've tried adding these tracks from a cloned project for Alternate but the ToolKit doesn't allow this because the Rythm and Combo tracks have been added already.

Hey everyone, I got the converter to work on Catalina but I'm having a really hard time using the UI to find the folder I have everything in on my desktop. I'm going through the following Desktop/My Computer/C:/Users/name/Desktop/ and it comes up empty. It should be pulling up a folder though. I can't seem to locate where this file is or anything on my Mac. E.g. the downloads folder which has additional folders in it to test comes up empty as well. Any ideas?

Hi! Sorry if the title is confusing. Here's my probem: I unpacked an existing CDLC using the toolkit, changed a few notes of the lead guitar chart using EOF (wanted to fix some errors), then tried repacking (using "repack as a song pack"). That all worked well and the chart looks good if I re-open it in EOF, but the newly generated .psarc is the same as the original, as if I hadn't changed a thing. What am I missing here?
