Cable not connected

Hi, I need help.

I connected the guitar to the "yamaha mg 10 xu" mix, which manages the audio system of the pc.

The guitar plays normally while I wait for the RS2014 to start, but when it asks for calibration it tells me "cable not connected".

I state that I switched to a new PC with Win 10 on board.

Also, I state that I do not use the original Real cable, but as I said,

I am connected to the system with a normal 6.3MM cable, using the "no cable" patch.

Everything worked before.

Now I find it very difficult to restore it as before.

Any suggestions?
