Hi Guys, a couple of weeks ago i started to create my first CDLC, Grinspoon - Hard act to follow Trying to Sync it up is doing my head in, when i think i have got it, i save my project, create the CDLC try it out, and its out of sync..badly. the Guitar tab pro file came with the rhythm and Solo seperate, I have no idea how to combine them. Completed UFO's Rock Bottom last night, but no matter what I do I cannot get the DD graph to show up on top of the page in Rocksmith when I play the song. The DD and riff repeater are all working but do not show up. You can pause the game, use the RR sections, change the difficulty, etc. but never see the bar graph. I tried adding DD to the whole package as well as just the .xml files to no avail. I tried changing tones and nothing changed. I'm in the process of making these Foo Fighters' songs from there latest album Wasting Light, "Arlandria" is all tabbed out but is in need of a decent tone. "I should have known" is a jumbled mess, anyone got any good tabs for it? Midway through the song it gets harder to heard the main guitar and as a result I don't know if the tabs I have are right. Welcome to my vault / workshop I decided to create a thread here so I can share what I am working on and also engage with my peers for help and suggestions along the way. I enjoy a good range of music, from Classical to Metal (while sidestepping Country & Western *shudders*). So my selections will appear to be random with no specific genre. When it comes to playing ability I am a beginner, so some of the things I create I can't test myself, other than a few notes here and there as I try and match tones. So I got another Nuno Bettencourt classic around about 98% done. 2 issues I could use help with if anyone has ideas. Issue #1 - 8 seconds of the song I just can not get sync'd up properly. Nuno goes from around 30 bpm to 150 bpm in 3 bars / 8 seconds and I just suck at getting the sync right there. (all on the purple string around the 5 minute mark) Issue #2 - RS doesn't seem to register the palm slap/mute that is required to play this song correctly. Any advice on how to correct that would be most appreciated. This topic will keep track of the custom charts I've created and what I'm working on. I started making custom charts for my own personal use but this community has created so much content that I want to give back. I generally wait until my customs are finished before I post them, but this will help keep track of what I've finished and what I still need to do. I personally create customs of songs I want to learn, and I've found that creating a custom song from scratch gives you a pretty deep understanding of a song. So I went through my music and saw many songs that I wanted done. I guess this will be the page that I use as my "Check out my customs!" signature link... thingy. Yeah. I have a list of MP3's that I wan't to convert for RSII 2014. After looking in the CDLC collection the songs I want are not listed or not created yet. I would like to know the steps of creating my own CDLC for the game using MP3's.... Where do I start? I downloaded the toolkit & have no-idea what to do or where to start. Hi, not sure if this is the right forum but is anyone willing to create a CDLC from a tab? I have the .gp5 and .gpx (for guitar pro 5/6) of a local band and their music (to me) is amazing. It's Metalcore music so if that's not your scene, you might not enjoy it :P. If anyone is up to the challenge let me know and I'll send the file over!

Been working this for a few days and tried it on mine but having somebody else always works best. Please test and gve me good feedback i.e. needs better syncing, etc....Only rhythm section as lead is rather short and IE likes to use more than one guitar to fill. This might be the wrong place to ask this... I play drums live and record guitar for a local band out of Jacksonville, Florida. And i was wondering if any of your guys would be willing to make a CLDC for my band's first single "Parents". It would mean the world to us and would be awesome to see our music in a game like this.
