I'm sure you've heard one way or another that one of my favorite musicians died last night, Scott Weiland. You've probably heard one of his songs from Stone Temple Pilots, or his other famous band Velvet Revolver. Scott was touring with his solo band The Wildabouts when he was found dead on 12/3 from cardiac arrest on his tour bus before a show. He struggled with drugs and other problems. I'm going to steal this comment I saw from Reddit: I'm not sure why I'm writing this, maybe as therapy. I took this death pretty hard as I grew up listening to him. We should celebrate his life by playing his songs, the same way we celebrate Kurt, Layne, Dio, and everyone else …

For every charter who uses a folder to share their customs. We've decided to ban the use of such folders. 1. Charters forget to remove songs that are now official dlc. 2. Once you have a folder with 150 songs it is very annoying to find the song you are looking for. Please use Direct links or a folder for a single song in the case of platforms/multitracks! We will give charters the time till the 11th of October to change out their links. After that date we will remove such links.

Since we've added @@Anahkiasen to our team we've been rewriting Ignition from scratch. @@Anahkiasen and @@hdnsmbt have been working together to rewrite and develop Ignition from the ground up using the latest technology that works for modern browsers and mobile phone browsers. Hey all, I'm taking a leave of absence for about a month. (I'll be around to monitor, etc). I have a wrist surgery scheduled today @ noon EST. Obviously I won't be able to play guitar, type, do basic functions for awhile until I get my cast removed and my hand is healed. (FYI: I have a cyst on top of a nerve on my left wrist which is my primary hand...and surprisingly I play guitar right handed) Hopefully everything goes perfect. Happy Holidays! Before I begin with the announcements/news I want to congratulate all of our users for hitting over 100,000 posts. Additionally we're near to hitting 9,500 songs which is a huge milestone. We're close to hitting 60,000 users. Let's start this off with an update on Ignition. Hey all, I just wanted to let everyone know we're still making huge progress with our future projects. A few things we are working on: Ignition: This is our new front-end we've been working on. It will have all of these functions built in: Search, Requests, an area just for CDLC Creators (tutorials, upload and manage songs, and more). We've been working hard on Ignition and at this moment it's taking up most of our time. Hello, Major functions on the board will be temporary disabled until we can stabilize the server. This could last anywhere from a few hours up to 24 hours. We will enable features once everything stabilizes. All services should be restored.
