I'm still (yes, I know) on OS 10.7.5, and since yesterday, Steam won't run. I have tried numerous uninstalls/re-installs, but it's still not working. I've found nothing online regarding the problem, apart from this: https://support.steampowered.com/kb_article.php?ref=5953-QTIO-1764 Steam was certainly working on Wednesday... Have they dropped support for OS 10.7.5, without saying anything, again?

Hey guys, I have rocksmith on ps4 and pc and just discovered the existence of Cdlc, and I'm really excited to try it. To use it, I need to buy a new laptop, so I was wondering if someone could help suggest me a good laptop with a budget around 1k. Here is how I'm gonna use the computer 1)play rocksmith on my tv via hdmi 2)use music producing programs like reaper and connect instruments to record music 3)listen to music I will not stream videos, play other games than rocksmith 2014, and will not require more memory than the cdlc files and music recordings. Greetings, all. I'm from the soggy north of Michigan (it should be snowing, but it's been raining all week). I started on Rocksmith 14 on PS3, but happened to catch the $12 deal on Steam, so I'm looking forward to getting started on PC as well. Guitar wise, I'm a tinkerer...I own 3 parts-based builds: A Strat, a Tele, and a Les Paul. I own 2 acoustics on top of that, an Ibanez bass, an additional Tele that was purchased complete, and a Recording King lap steel. I love playing around with guitars and setups, mostly just to see what happens. Musically, I'm into classic and primitive country, bluegrass, rockabilly, and the odd Southern rock and Cowpunk type stuff. …

So guys have you seen this game already? It's out for quite a while now, I don't own it but it looks pretty cool. A) What is your guys opinion about it? So I checked out a few videos about how to create customs songs for it, and it's seemed that they had a pretty extensive 3D charting software thing. Although they hassle alot with the beatmap, BPM and making the grid (in my opinion :P) Who knows they might be helped alot by the features in EOF?

I'm getting sick of Youtube removing Rocksmith videos of mine while letting other peoples video stay on. Are there any better alternatives that aren't as anal about copyright like Youtube is?

Okay, I've streamed off and on and have done it just for fun, but I'm looking to make a serious go of it and that brings me to the whole idea of Donations. Prior to this, it was never something of a concern given I was just streaming sporadically. Now that I'm looking to stream with a schedule and doing things like Donations, I've done research on forums as well as YouTube videos. The more I've read into the whole idea of Donation Trolls where people donate and then later ask for their donation back, thus triggering Chargebacks, I'm back on the fence of whether to go down this road. Greetings from the deep south US. Just figured I'd say hello, I use a ton of CDLC and kind of feel bad that I don't really interact much. I play bass like fieldy and jaco had a baby together, and occasionally I play guitar very poorly. I'm in the music business, I sell re-necked unwanted guitars on ebay as vintage les pauls. Its a very niche market but if you're good at it, and aren't afraid of jumping in a dumpster, there is money to be made. Anyway, I have 4 listings to get up tonight so I have to run, but hope everyone is doing well. Glad to have this resource to keep playing fun.

Well i've just had my Def Leppard Animal playthrough video banned worldwide for breach of copyright. Don't seem to see any other Rocksmith video of it banned. getting really sick of YouTube as it's not like i'm making any profit for posting videos

Hi all, I've been playing guitar for decades and Rocksmith for about 5 years now. I can't believe I just found this site. I'm so excited, there are so many songs here that I've requested and thought I would never see. I have used Rocksmith to better my playing and teach my son to play guitar. We play every day. We're on vacation right now but coming home soon. Can't wait to get started and hopefully contribute as well. I feel like a kid in the proverbial candy store right now. Hope to make many acquaintances here. Thanks for this awesome resource.

(just to stress test to see if it could go above) Monday it all worked fine, tuesday it broke, my renders now take 2h to finish ... :'( And with fine I mean, it used to go all the way 99% cpu usage This one shows the Hardware monitor http://imgur.com/a/RVPT3 that says the load is 100% but task manager says only 46%, and my render is going half as slow as it used to Can someone explain and how to fix this?
